Excellent variety and quite tasty breakfast m. Fresh produce. Located next to bus stop and train station. Extremely friendly staff. Well maintained and hygienic. Very close if you wa t to go Skiing.

Nothing to dislike. Good value for money especially if you’re travelling with family.

– The breakfast and dinner were very good. While the selection wasn’t huge, everything looked delicious and well-prepared. It was especially nice to see lactose-free and gluten-free options — a rare find. – The sauna with a lake view was a real highlight. – The interior design of the hotel is beautiful and creates a cozy atmosphere.

– The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly — there was dust in the corners, and the floor didn’t feel very clean. – Maybe we did something wrong, but the curtains in the building seemed to have a life of their own. They opened and closed by themselves — once even in the middle of the night, which was loud, unexpected, and honestly a bit frightening.

Location is excellent and within a walking distance from the train station. It is also close to the Voss Gondol and not far from the lake. The buss terminal is near level 1 of the hotel with buses that go to different cities. We stayed for 7 nights and the room has a nice view at the lake. The breakfast was excellent and it has variety of options. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has no amenities in the room. You have to buy the tooth brushes. No kettle in the room and the tea is offered for a fee (25 krona per cup). Sometimes, the ladies at the reception are so nice to offer the tea for free. The frequency of cleaning is not as often and sometimes our room is missed from cleaning. The treadmills machines on the gym are faulty. The hotel does not have laundry place.

This hotel had more of a business feel to it and less of a holiday feeling. The room was quite big and I could see the fjord from my window. I felt nice and toasty during the night. The bathroom was also quite big. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, the dinner buffet wasn't quite as good. The dishes were a bit boring and not quite as good or exciting as they could have been. I enjoyed the sauna with a balcony for cooling down and enjoying a view of the fjord. There was only a bit of an odd smell coming from the shower drain. The bus stop and the train station are right next to the hotel, which made arrival and departure very convenient for me. During October the town was rather quiet and there seemed to be not too many visitors. It looks like it is much busier during skiing season.

This was such a beautiful experience for us. We were two Indian families going around in Norway, and were concerned that Voss would not have much to offer. But our stay at this place made up for it. The location is convenient and right next to the train station, although some of the late night trains may wake you up. There were good play areas within the premises of the hotel and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Lastly, my wife and I wanted to do the Trolltunga hike, and the staff were super kind to arrange for our travel to the trailhead which was about 2 hours south. Kudos to the staff for making this happen.

Late night trains may wake you up, so keep those windows shut.

Very central location; near Voss Gondol and train station. Parking garage (Stasjonsgarasjen) is next to the hotel. You can walk straight into the hotel from the garage. You can pay with the app from Easypark. Spacious room with a nice view on the front side of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet.

At check-in we were told that we couldn't have dinner at the restaurant since it was booked for a private gathering. That was very disappointing to hear since we specifically booked this hotel so we could have dinner at their restaurant since we didn't want to get out anymore after check-in. They should have told us by booking. The range of restaurants in Voss is limited and disappointing when speaking of quality.

I always wanted to stay at this hotel in Voss because it's right next to the train station and gondola building, in the middle of the action. Easy checkin and checkout, front desk very friendly. Got a room with city view, other way from the train tracks. Great room size and confortable beds. The mattress was great. The bathroom was big and the shower worked just fine. Hot water any time of the day/night. Breakfast was the best part. They have a great buffet with everything: hot, cold, fruits, gluten free, sweets. All kinds of beverages in a very large saloon with tables that have views everywhere. I liked the breakfast in particular. Right outside you have the bus station and a nice view of the water front. I will choose this hotel again.

The location is perfect. The bus station and train station are 50 m from the hotel. There is a beautiful lake right outside and the gondola ride is within 100 m. The gym nice and has a sauna with a picturesque view. Breakfast spread has a lot of variety. There are good vegetarian options. There are many restaurants nearby (with vegetarian/vegan options), small deli across from the hotel, supermarkets like spar, kiwi are also nearby.

We got a room on the side facing the station. The trains were a little noisy if the windows are not shut properly. But it’s not that bad.

First of all location is excellent close to the lake and mid town. Underground Parking is available and integrated with the hotel and it'll cost you around 210 NOK per day, checking in was smooth and staff were nice and polite, as for the rooms I bought 2 rooms, both of them were clean and tidy, breakfast was extremely good and tasty there were a variety of different types of food.

one of the rooms were facing the train station and so if you open the window while sleeping the moving train will wake you up, but closing the window solves the issue.

Fab hotel in the most convenient location possible in Voss for access to the gondola and the train. Hotel was beautifully designed and super comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing, from the ladies on the desk to the bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast was one of the best mid-range hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Shared a family room with two of my kids and we had a great time. Plenty of space, and the ski lockers were a bonus. All in all, would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike about this place. If I was being super picky, the housekeeping was a little hit and miss, but didn't really affect the overall experience.
