Incredible location, situated right in the city center with amazing views. On the ground floor of the hotel, there was a bakery with the most delicious pastries and good coffee. The room itself was clean, with a tiny kitchen and all the necessary utensils. We stayed as a group of four and had beds in separate rooms; essentially, it was two separate rooms with individual entrances, connected by a door. We had breakfast included, but it's worth noting that breakfast is served at another hotel, about a 5-minute walk away.

Our booking included breakfast, and we were supposed to receive breakfast cards for each day. However, the cards were only placed in our room for the first day, and for the following days, we had to explain at the restaurant each time that we hadn't received the cards but that breakfast was included. This was inconvenient. We contacted the reception, but no one ever issued us the cards.

The view was amazing, location is super calm and awesome, the house has a traditional ambiente, we loved it. The balcony was very nice, the style of the room was great

The shower head is just terrible, I have cut my hand with it to blood. Has to be replaced immediately! Bed was too short for people >180, pillows were terrible apart from only one. Blankets were also quite weird. It gets very hot on the balcony during the day if you get room n.1 You can hear your neighbors and people at the restaurant below, but after 11pm everything becomes quite

Clean, perfect location and scenery around the accommodation. Room was lovely and the bathroom was spacious and only shared with one other room. Has a cafe attached but we only stayed briefly and did not visit it.

The instructions were a little unclear on the checkout process, which may have just been lost in translation. There was no front desk to confirm with when checking out so left the key in the room.

The location is really beautiful. Chalet had enough space for five people. We had everything that was needed and a small kitchen with cooking utensils. There are so many things outside to watch including beautiful landscapes.

Didn't have basic eqipement to clean bathroom because we stayed 3 nights. Bathroom mat wasn't good enough.

The room is very nice and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but is very clean, well-equipped, and only shared with one other room, so it's not much of inconvenience. We arrived late but were able to self-checkin easily. Our booking had breakfast included but we had to leave for Trolltunga at 5:30am the next day; the staff prepared a packed breakfast for us, which was delicious and nutritious with a good portion size.

Location was great, the room was comfortable and had some character. Breakfast, despite not being in the location, was great. There was also a bakery/restaurant below the rooms, and they were the best cinnamon rolls we had while in Norway.

Figuring out where to check-in was not easy - the staff was polite, but not warm. Because the rooms were above the restaurant/bakery, the food smell was very strong.

The view, the quirkiness, the fact our kids could slide on the site was a highlight! We used our drone from a higher point, 15 min walk from the cottage to film the kids and the view was absolutely amazing! The fjord was stunning! We found food at the local supermarket only a few minutes away by foot. The service station makes nice coffee which I grabbed early morning and off i went for a walk, full snow and freezing temp but it was a delight!

Very nice old Pensjonat. We had an appartment with 2 rooms and a balcony. There is a bakery and a very good restaurant in the same building. We had to walk to another hotel for our breakfast, but that was fine, as we had a nice view over Eidfjord from the breakfast room.

The bathroom needs some renovation, although everything was functioning properly

Staff were welcoming, beds comfortable. Lovely location- with a free community sauna 5mins walk away. We ate at the restaurant and the food was really very good - proper home cooking with restaurant touches. Amazing breakfast at nearby hotel. 100% recommended - we stayed 2 nights

Fantastic location with views of the mountains, fjords and on the river. The chalet had everything you could have asked for and was priced very fairly. Ample parking outside of the property for those travelling with a car. A great find with very easy check in out of hours! I would definitely recommend - perfect for a larger group/family stay!
