Good location and nice alternative to Odda which fills up quickly. slottet apartments is also very close to the Trolltunga car parks (30minute drive) which was the main activity of our trip. We had a very spacious and roomy apartment. Separate beds for my friend and I (a luxury!), kitchen complete with utensils needed to prepare our hiking lunches (although Slottet will also give you an option to buy a packed lunch). The staff were so nice and let us charge our EV car overnight too. Super clean and good value for money, especially compared to some other places in Norway.

Everything was good

The shower was good and there was heater in the bathroom, which kept it very cozy. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good, we had a good meal after the hiking (highly recommend it).

We couldnt charge the car in the carpark as there were people charging theirs and we had to drive all the way to Odda to charge ours. There was no dishwasher in our apartment but the staff said we didnt need to do the dishes before checking out. This was good because it saved us some time.

The location is great if you are planning the hike to Trolltunga. The view from the rooms are magical. The layout of the apartment, facilities etc are great. There is also a grocery shop just one min walk away - which is great, so that you can cook your own food.

The doors get locked automatically when they close and the chances of getting locked outside if you forget to the keep the card always with you is very high. Also would've been great if there was a washing machine as well. But overall, we are quite satisfied.

The apartment offers good value for money, is clean, and offers free parking by the church located about 200 meters away.

We could hear the tenants above us which apparently had small children and were quite loud. While the parking is free, there is a little bit of a hike to get there, which could pose a problem in heavy rain.

Very spacious and clean apartment in a beautiful location, there are 2 bedrooms but we only needed 1, so we had the whole apartment to ourselves. The kitchen is very well equipped, and has a dishwasher. Everything is very clean and pleasant.

The only thing that was slight inconvenience - we can not park car outside the apartment. The car needs to be parked at the Odda Hotel, but sometimes its quite crowded with cars so need to park on the road. But at least you can bring the car outside the apartment for loading luggage.

Easy to findd, very friendly staff and the appartment itself had everyhting it needed. also thy had a sauna next to the reception we could use way past it's opening time.

The shower is not on a different ground level as the rest of the bathroom so it's easy to get the est of the floor wet.

Great view to the fjord, waterfall and glacier. It's ideal for those starting the Trolltunga hike. It has a kitchen, which is much more useful with the supermarket so close by.

There's no parking directly at the building. Guests need to park either at the hotel nearby or down at the church. The kitchen lacks simple things like kitchen cloth. There are also too few pots.

Location pefect for hiking the trolltunga trail. Apartment with all facilities...with a superb kitchen to self cooked meals.

Apartment blocks are not provided by private parking...and not easy to find. You have to Park the car quite far from apartment.

Service, personnel, quality-all very nice! Rooms are cozy, kitchen a bit old but working and clean. Very nice location! Great views from the window. Free sauna (with awesome views) and free laundry. Worth visiting!!!
