The hotel was clean. The staff was wonderful. Standard breakfast choices which were good. Pets are allowed. We came into town for a funeral. We booked four double rooms. We were traveling with two dogs and a toddler. We requested that the rooms be close together. They accommodated our requests.

They did not have a high chair available for the toddler, but we brought a portable one with us. And the parking lot had some really deep dips that we didn't see in the dark, but felt when our luggage hit the ceiling of the car.

We enjoyed the clean room and breakfast that was provided. The area to eat this breakfast was kept clean. Parking was adequate, and we felt safe. The lady they had on staff at the front desk for mornings was phenomenal. Great customer service skills, friendly and very helpful. Even wished us a great day! Made us feel welcomed to their little town in Ohio. Totally set the tone for the day. :)

When we arrived, we were not welcomed by the man working at the front desk. He seemed annoyed that he had to be there. No customer service skills or friendliness at all. I was thinking he may have had a bad day, but the second night was the same thing. Although breakfast was provided, there were limited options and not enough restock for the smaller things like muffins, pastries, etc. The bread was dried out for toast, and there were two options that weren't sugar-free for jam. Honestly, I really shouldn't complain. We were able to have something to get us started for the day.

Stephanie at the front desk was EXCELLENT. As well as the other staff.

I CANT complain about anything. Maybe change up the breakfast selections. Fridge only had 1 option and 3 items at all times. Bring Choc Milk to the menu. and ALWAYS provide a protein daily. Not just eggs with potatoes.

The location. The room. The cleanliness. The FREE breakfast was good, hot, and fresh.

The noise. The bed was a cheaper pillow top but okay. The hotel does not have any sound barriers. Noise from other guests was tolerable but the highway was the worst! We did not mention it to the staff because they are not the builders nor the project manager. We would stay again but on the back side of the building.

Normal motel breakfast food. The staff was there checking it all the time making sure it wasnt out. I saw someone cleanig the lobby a couple mornings while I was having coffee keeping it nice and clean.

The parking lot had pot holes the size of a small car!!! The motel gets a lot of workers that stay there and sometimes the parking lot is full with trucks and trailers making it hard to find a place to park.

The room was nice and spacious The staff was kind and polite.

The breakfast was very basic, and many times products were missing they didn't refill in until we asked them to.

The friendliness of the staff and the transparency. Super awesome room. The window seat! Great amount of room! This room was clean!!

Letting themselves get overbooked, although I got the better side of the deal, and the people that just sat with beer in front of the door all night?? I just took the stairs to avoid this... tiny TV by today's standards and would not move because it was rigged to the wall bypassing the mount intention. No USB. Spot burned chairs. Please check the kleenex for a refill. Little things make all the difference.

The first day breakfast was just biscuits and gravy, which were ok, but would have been nice if there was meat of some type. The second day there was eggs and sausage available.

The front door was broken and had to be manually opened and closed.

I liked the fact that it was clean cheap and comfortable. Had absolutely no issues at check in and they made it easy to be there was a great experience and made everything worth the wait :) the staff were very nice!

The only thing that bothered me was that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the morning and once after but it was minor compared to what I had dealt with at a different hotel I stayed at when I was on my way to my destination. Overall very good hotel and experience!
