Decent sized room which was clean. Had everything we needed. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee etc…

I realize it’s continental breakfast but whether I’m the first one in or the last one closer to 10:00, there should be more things in the containers. The sides to put on the oatmeal in little plastic bags would have maybe 3 raisins, no granola , no brown sugar . I decided to get a bagel and you could tell it was so dry . A piece of bread in a sandwich baggie marked with a good date but it was cracked all the way through and split apart . That only happens when the bread is dry and old. The hard boiled egg bowl …… empty . Had to ask for some which she did bring. Pastry container needed some added . The room and everything else was fine but the freshness and not having enough out would be my complaint I guess .

The faculty is very clean. most of the staff is very friendly. The mattress was very comfortable. I would stay here again, but would bring my own pillow. ;)

The woman checking us in seemed to bothered by the fact we where interrupting her personal phone conversation. She was not at all friendly and welcoming. The pillows were terrible. They were lumpy with no firmness. My partner and I did not have restful sleep. shower pressure was dismal. Room was tiny. The size you would expect in a major large city, not in a small town where there is ample real estate, but maybe that’s what Microtel is all about.

good tv channel selection, good heat with thermostat on wall, comfortable bed, liked sitting area/shelf by window. we were on third floor, but no problem thanks to cart, auto doors & elevator. descent brewed coffee. room was rather small.

microwave loud & controls hard to figure out. tv quite small. disappointing breakfast with limited selections.

Clean the staff was friendly at the front counter and breakfast was good

Cleaning staff was not very good they were in a room and were swearing saying the F word and they were talking about other customers

The hotel was pleasant, quiet, and clean. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the room was reasonable and a much better value than some others I had looked at.

The breakfast area was nice although the food selection was not as varied or interesting as we have had at other hotels. However, the waffle maker was a hit with my family!

My husband and I stay at this Microtel hotel many times during the year. The facilities are always exceptionally clean. Also the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs.

I loved how nice the staff was and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The price was perfect for what we received and have already booked with you again.

The only thing that could have been better is I would of like a different variety of channels for the cable other than that my stay was perfect.

Hotel food. I did not stay for the breakfast. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable Good value for the money spent. Easy on and off the highway.

Shower pressure could have been stronger but was ok.

The staff was the most pleasant and accommodating. We stay there every time we visit! Chris at the receptionist desk is exceptional. Even after a 2 year hiatus from traveling, she still remembered my son and I. That is excellent customer service! You just don't find that anywhere these days! Thank you!
