It was very clean, most of the staff was exceptional, the lady in the kitchen that ran the breakfast seemed a little anxious at the amount of kids we had and maybe the time we went down for breakfast? Other than that the counter lady and the housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating. Overall everything was exceptional.

I guess I didn’t realize there was an additional deposit once you got to the hotel to cover any items you might decide to purchase at their little store and whatever other charges you might incur. I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere during booking. It would’ve been nice to know about in advance.

The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are large and well furnished. 24hrs tea / coffee in the lobby plus your room and a small shop with daily essentials also was a good convenience. There was eating choices outside the hotel just across the road. Overall this is the second time I’ve stayed here and will stay again as it is convenient and clean with good and helpful staff.

Nothing that I can think off.

The king-size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty clean. The breakfast was pretty decent. There was a nice variety of options hot and cold breakfast choices. The lady who makes the breakfast was very sweet and cleaned the tables as soon as someone was finished and left. The pancakes had very little flavor. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and very polite.

The floor was not clean. The sheets and blanket had stains. There was some sort of white drips of something on the wall where the headboard was. The pullout bed was horrible. I wouldn't qualify it as a bed.

The room was quite large and comfortable. The staff including the GM David was very friendly and helpful. Overall I and my family were comfortable during our stay.

No room service. Breakfast is non existent, very poor. During my full stay I never had breakfast even though it was included in my room rate. Considering the price I paid I was expecting some complementary bottled water but this was not the case. I had to purchase water every time from the front office. Other than the room and staff there is not much to compliment or comment on this property. This was the closest hotel to my destination which was the Franciscan University so I used this property.

Check-in was easy. The hotel is on the side of a mountain. Ask which end of the hotel your room is on as to park on the correct end. The breakfast beat expectations. It was above the quality of a chain hotel. There was hot food, a nice juice and coffee selection and pleasant staff. This hotel would be close to a "boutique" hotel. Unique design, and relaxing atmosphere.

We were happy with our stay here and would return.

Location was nice, check in went smoothly. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was ehhh, not enough options. No bacon or pancakes served. While getting a biscuit, the tongs to grab the biscuit were no where to be found, so I grabbed a biscuit with my hands that wasn’t touching anything else, and an employee from the kitchen literally swatted my hand.

The place is beautiful and clean , the breakfast is great Love the coffee machine with ylthe ability to get my mocha coffee all day or night. Great location right across the street from Franciscan University. Also love the restaurants right in the area around the hotel can just walk to them. I highly recommend this place! I also live the Catholic Bible in the drawer in my room 1st time ever, I have seen that.

Perfect hotel experience. Facilities were new and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating

This may seem particular to me but I didn’t like the layout of the bathroom. The door when it was closed concealed the bathroom (which is obviously fine when in use but a safety concern if the room has been vacated for an extended period of time) and when it was open it blocked the main door and hallway. I’ve seen other hotels use a sliding door instead. Also there was no ventilation in bathroom and other patrons were loud and messy

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower was a bit strange as there is no door or curtain, just and opening and the water got all over the floor. But on the plus side the water pressure was great.

Nicole the front desk supervisor was excellent! She was helpful, polite and very caring! Excellent customer service and the other lady with her who helped check us in was great!
