Friendly staff. Construction workers were highly respected for us when they were busy installing or repairing where they were in our ways. Room was nicely remodeled. They provided us some extra blanket and allowed to borrow the vacuum for our own inflating pillows. Even in the morning when we were nearly departing, the men brought all new mattresses out of the truck to the hallway passing us from the first room when entering it. They were politely letting us to pass first before they could continue to bring the mattresses. We find it so funny that the last old mattresses that we slept in that we were the last ones to use it.

The floor in bathroom is pretty too cold when our bare feet walked on it during overnight. A long, thin and safe mat is recommended.

The staff was great! Room was clean. Pet friendly. We stay here at least 2-3 times a year and will continue to do so.

Our 1st night was a bit rocky. The 1st room we got in had a huge dip in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. On the 2nd day, we asked to be moved to a different room because of the bed. We were moved with no issues. The room key machine was down and waiting to be replaced, so we had to be let into our room every time. At the time of our stay, the building was under remodel it seemed so things are getting fixed. We were told new mattresses are on order but probably not there till the end of December.

Atop a high mountain in WV sits a Shangri-La called Tridelphia. Spread around you are all the good chain restaurants, big box stores and ice cream... And my hotel for the night, it looks brand new. One thing you do not want to hear from the front desk when checking in is the word "No". Julie, the smilin hotel manager, does not even know the word "No". Julie responded YES to all my questions, even when I asked "if they had a new BBQ grill and covered seating area with fantastic view" - free for the guest. My room was a dream.

I loved their way the room was set up with a padded window seat to sit and enjoy the night view below. The bed was very comfortable. A nice surprise was 24 hour coffee service in the lobby— the coffee was excellent!

When you cross the streets that loop around the mall to get to the shops and restaurants, a 3 minute walk, there is NO CROSSWALK and at no time are all the cars stopped at once. the cars come from several directions, and there is more than one lane in each direction. It was scary and dangerous. Especially at night. I held a flashlight over my head hoping the drivers would see me, but then a truck took a turn on red on the side and he nearly hit me. Please get a crosswalk!

We are a military family, so we are frequently using hotels. This hotel was genuinely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The man checking us in, was so kind and funny. The rooms are great too. It’s so nice the TVs actually work and aren’t so dated, and the rooms are very spacious. You can tell they actually value comfort here. Plus, there are so many places to eat and shop nearby. Definitely a hotel we will be using again!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. And the location was perfect.

i didn’t like that the floors in my room seemed dirty and there was trash under the chair from before we got there. Also the air conditioner didn’t seem like it was working right, we had it set on 60 degrees and it just seemed warm in our room. even having it run all day on 60 and when we got back it still seemed warm in the room.

We LOVE this place! The staff, room, fabulous breakfasts, location... We visit the area once a year and keep coming back to this place, love it.

We wanted to eat at the picnic area in the back but it had trash, the table was dirty... we thought it would be very nice but saw it and decided not to eat there. It would be great if this were something guests could enjoy.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful..Everywhere, everything was clean and neat. The price for our Subdat night stay could not be beat ‼️

The one and only concern was the mattress. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable. Once on it, you rolled into the middle because of the severe sway. A better mattress would have been perfect.

The breakfast was great! Much better than any other continental breakfast considering the price of the room! The whole place smelled great. Our room smelled good and clean with no chemical or cleaner smells. It was quite and comfortable with a great view and we loved that the Texas Roadhouse was right next door and the hotel was right there with all of the shopping available and close to downtown Wheeling! The staff were excellent and so kind and helpful!

The only thing that could have been better was the shower head. The water was kind of spraying all over the place but considering everything else that was easy to deal with!

Even the feeling to be in a good ambience, made your stay better in all senses. And experiencing stays relaxing and comfortable. What is a remarkable detail is the staff. Not extravagant, but to the point and with a smile. Thank you.

Always something could be improve, but so far, so good.
