The bed wss comfortable. The people who stayed there during our visit were quiet. The self laundry facility worked perfectly . The entire staff were amazing, professional, nice, accommodating, and helpful. The parking lot was clean and well lit. Loved stating there.

The carpet in my room (#108) definitely needs to be changed out. It was crunchy and weirdly damp. Walking on it made the bottom of my feet black.The air conditioner was set to 70, which was great, so that wasn't the carpet issue. There were several unsavory stains, and crunchy carpet is gross. It's sad to know there was no pool, hotub or gym for the price being charged. The prices should be in the $79-99 range for this location.

The bed was very comfortable, and the rate is one of the best in town. Breakfast was ready before 6 and the variety at Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Finally, the desk provided curtesy water bottles upon request and they we refreshingly cold.

The room smelled a little musty when I first checked in, but after running the fan for a while, the air freshened up. The furniture was a little worn, but not a big deal. Finally, the liquid body wash dispenser was missing.

3rd time staying here. Staff absolutely wonderful..... called on a Sunday to confirm reservation, Bob explained that some time 3rd party bookings came through 24 hours before stay and suggested I call back the next day. We chatted about the weather and the area and I hung up. He called back 5 minutes later saying the confirmation just popped up and wanted to let me know so I didn't have to wait till the next day. This was soooooo very nice of him. breakfast was great, love the hot choices,

I liked the all-day hot coffee and tea availability. Decent variety in cooked breakfast. The printing of files free of cost was a plus and the printouts were very good quality. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Some more variety in fruit would have been nice.

Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, pancakes, waffles, and potatoes were all choices along with danish, cereal, bagels, etc. Sausage wasn't identified as Turkey or regular but had links and patties available. Coffee and Tea available and the staff was on top of refilling running low items along with having everything else stocked.

No Pool or Fitness room available. Pool was taking out of the anemities but at property found they had one but not doing anything with it. Website says there is a fitness room but that was closed and under construction as well when we arrived. Ice machine and vending machines were removed from the floor we were on with no notice where to find. Searched the all floors to find out the only location was on the 1st floor at end of hall of pool and fitness room that was closed.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price point. The pool and exercise room was closed but all else was excellent. The front desk staff was exceptional. Quick check in. Comfortable beds and clean room and bathroom. Will stay again here when I visit the University. The hotel a block away and directly across from the University was triple the price and I've stayed there before and it's absolutely not worth it. This hotel was perfect for us and almost as close to the University as the high priced one.

the room above. he stomped around and the ceiling and floor would creek crackly sounds. could hear him using toilet. could hear him snore in the night. Doors slamming for hours in the morning. Guests or maids?

I love when I get in late afternoon and there is coffee and hot water available along with fruit and cereal

I was not happy that the body wash did not work in the shower. I was not happy that the shampoo and conditioner had dried drips down the side.

The good mornings and greetings with the staff during free breakfast were divine and wholesome. The quietness was welcomed for a relaxing night after a long day on the road.

Minor things to me: The cable tv setup could be better, it was mildly annoying at most. Room decor felt dated, but it did the job

The breakfast was good. A nice variety. But the coffee was just okay--warm not hot The bed was very comfortable. I got a good nights sleep.

The vending machines were out of order. Also, there were no face towels or washcloths. And there were no alarm clocks. Unfortunately the WIFi went out one night so I was unable to access my emails. for a period of time.
