Perfect location, almost in the city centre, included garage (we checked in the evening, left the following morning, so it was even free of charge). Nice view from the balcony

When I booked the apartment, I got the confirmation that reception is working until 19:00 and that if we arrive after that time, to inform them. I sent the message on Booking, while reception was still open, informing them that we’ll arrive around 20:00 and if possible, to provide check-in info. They never replied, so when we arrived to hotel, we had to call them on the provided number. Number was not registered on any internet messenger, so that was one more issue, but we finally managed to check-in, when someone answered the phone call. I can suggest to register that number on WhatsApp so that foreigners can easily dial it or send message.

Very well located, really cute property from the outside and inside, wonderful hostess Karen was so welcoming and friendly, she deserves a raise! There was christmas music in the entrance hall and the overall mood was lovely. They had tea, coffee and hot chocolate included and the atmosphere was very warm. I was lucky the sun was shining so I could sit outside and enjoy some sun rays! My room was cute and just what I needed for a short stay, new bathroom facilities and a balcony with a view on the street. Will definitely come back and stay even longer! Can only recommend!!

I love the room it was spacious and private very soundproof and perfect for our couple. I also enjoyed the free cappuccino downstairs tea and water. The bathroom shower was hot and the balcony was lovely. I love the outdoor patio in glass and the seating outside under the full moon where my husband could smoke and we can chat and have a lovely time.

It was a good experience, it was our first time in Cannes, the hotel was pretty close to the city center. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because it was closed but it seemed to be very nice. What I didn’t appreciate was that one of the receptionists couldn’t speak english, but fortunately we (somehow) understood each others.

You pay 85€ per room /night and give 200€ deposit like in 4* branded hotels … My deposit has been blocked since Saturday , today it is Thursday and the money is still on its way to be unblocked. So be prepared to freeze your money for 1week at least

Clean rooms, private parking space, beautiful Terrasse in hotel restaurant

Unorganized stuff. They don’t answer at your messages. We came around 23:00 h and couldn’t come in because nobody left us our room key and hotel password.

Comfortable room with excellent air-conditioning, and balcony.. Very good bathroom. Lovely little swimming pool . The two young women at reception were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The corridors had an unpleasant smell, and didn't look clean

Stingy with pillows and when I asked for another the desk clerk said “ duly noted” and I never got one. The ones we had were very flat. Also we’re told we could have free parking for motorbike but when we got there we were told 6 euros per day but find a spot on street if can for free

Nice and cozy hotel quite central even some steps away....helpful and kind staff,comfortable bedding and large multishower with variety of amenities.Balcony looking over the city.

Everything, the girls and the guys working there were really kind, really beautiful people who made my hotel experience awesome :)) I am wishing can be back soon :))
