After a long 14-hour drive, we arrived at about 8am the day of check-in... knowing our room would not be ready, I gave it a shot, and I was correct. However, the amazing woman at the front desk was able to get us into a room around 10:30am, and she was just absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond, and I'm truly greatfull. The housekeeping staff was great... she kept the clean towels coming, made the beds and even clean up the few toys my son had left on the floor. Great job and customer service. All around everything from the room, to the breakfast to the stay was a great experience. And we thank you! 😁

The front desk staff was very friendly and made sure that we were settled in without any stress. Even after planning to stay for another night, the transition was seamless. The breakfast served in the morning I believe was prepared with heart! I couldn’t help but having breakfast twice each day! It was delicious and the kitchen staff was so helpful and made sure that we found everything ok

It was close to shopping areas as well as other hotels. The property was clean and had sufficient parking space. Even though the hotel was close to the road while inside you don’t get that because it’s so quiet!

The breakfast was sort of typical for any hotel in USA, slightly better because they used the real eggs, no real milk for coffee - unless you ask, but the staff is very helpful and will bring it.

The hotel is really very nice, the room, everything is clean, staff very helpful so I would recommend the hotel chain to work out the breakfast which would make a huge difference between this chain and the others.

We liked everything. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, especially since the ocean was so cold. It was a very pleasant stay.

Location was nice for where we needed to be this weekend! Rooms decently put together nice set up!

The pool needs an update or cleaning don’t know dust. Really enjoyed it the kids did so that’s all the matters ! Found a few strains of hair on top comforter but of course making beds and shedding hair it possible but it was clean! That’s all that matters!

We really liked this hotel. the beds are comfy as were the pillows the room was new and comfortable and aesthetically pleasing it was a good size the price was excellent

No streaming services available on the TV there were not a lot of good food options for dinner we did go to the Milan Grill and the food was good there although the atmosphere was a little strange

You charged me $15 when I checked in for security in case I took something without paying, I did not take anything and now 5 days later you still have not returned my money. Very unsure I would ever stay at a ING property in the future. if you can charge me immediately you should be able to refund me immediately when I checked out.

Located near restaurants and 12 minutes from River Street. They have accommodations for plug-in vehicles and the rooms are spacious. Friendly staff and the hotel has free breakfast.

It’s tucked in next to a very busy highway. Plan accordingly during rush hour because it can get very busy with heavy traffic.

Very clean, breakfast was good (veggie omelette, sausage, yogurt, cereal), and the staff was friendly.
