This is a nice and quiet place to stay for the night after visiting the islands. A perfect beach view to wake up the next day The staff was friendly and attentive to providing all accommodations. We were lucky to be moved to a family room that included a bathroom (due to low season). Also, the food was good and again me and my wife were pleased with the staff.

I probably missed the fine print, but the hotels in the area don't provide electricity from 8am-4pm to preserve energy. This shouldn't be a problem if you are traveling for vacation - not work. Also, the water pressure in our bathroom was low I believe due to the limited water resources in the area. Despite these issues, our stay was satisfactory and comfortable for the night.

Really lovely stay by the beach. Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Easy to book boats back to the main area to get back to Cartagena:

The toilet has to be filled up every time it’s used. The shower is not available all day.

Fantastic service by the staff, all meals were delicious including the breakfast! Location was fabulous right on the water providing an amazing view to watch the sunset !

Breakfast was traditional Colombian fare with coffee and served to us at the table outside our room on the balcony overlooking to blue-green Caribbean ocean and all it's morning activities! Best morning breakfast view ever!

As a couple we were placed next to a party of 6 women partying to celebrate a birthday. It was excruciatingly loud, raucous and they were blasting music until 2am. While it was thankfullly good Latin music, guests should note that there doesn't seem to be 'Quiet Hours' in Colombia so don't expect your wishes for quiet to be respected. Things will be easier that way. Just expect loud music and partying on Playa Blanca and prepare for that - it's just the way things are and it's part of what makes Colombia a beautiful place = their love of music, dance and celebrating life every day!

The facilities didn't included WiFi connection...so I stayed isolated for 2 days.
