The staff is excellent, Tasso in particular ,very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on what to do, polite and professional, Joanna on the afternoon staff as well,very pleasant to deal with, I got there late the first night, and they arranged for me to access the property, as there is no one after 11pm, a very surprising, more than adequate breakfast, good size room, good A C, and cleaned daily. They even stored my bag on the last day after checkout. Very good value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

I had the front room, so a little noise from the street, but it wasn't an issue.

No shelves in the room - could not unpack my staff. The wardrobe with huge with fixed hangers on the very top without any shelves. I could not take out my clothes from the bag. Not so quiet at night due to central position, but did not have any trouble sleeping. The breakfast was at the confectionary next door and was a fixed tray without any fruits or vegetables, no cereal option, no milk option and the coffee was very bad. Avoid breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the room was clean, there were shower gel, shampoos and lotions in the bathroom, very clean sheets and towels (people know that sometimes there are stains, not in this hotel), the AC was strong, there was no view from the room, no balcony- but for us it isn’t an issue. It was very quiet as well, despite the night life in the city! The hotel has no parking, but there is a big parking lot right in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road, it was 3€ per day. The location is really great. Next to the hotel there are coffee shops, bakeries, grocery store and other shops. Also the hotel offers food, but we didn’t eat there, maybe next time! The city is interesting, you can see pretty much everything for 1-2 days, there is a good nightlife - lots of young people and lots of bars.

Very central location, walking distance from most of the city's significant locations. It feels recently renovated and fresh, with a good value for money ratio. High quality amenities, and a good breakfast. I would recommend it for a short stay.

The room was quite small, the balcony not the cleanest. There is no lobby. There is no breakfast area, so breakfast is served in the room, which on the one hand is nice (no waiting times), but on the other hand, you need to predetermine the time from the night before, and you need to use your bed as table and sitting area to enjoy it.

Our stay at **Hotel Bretannia in Ioannina** was truly exceptional! The hotel’s **location is perfect**, making it easy to explore the city and reach all key attractions within minutes. From the moment we arrived, the **staff welcomed us with warmth and kindness**, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Inside, the hotel is **beautifully designed with stylish decor**, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. One of the highlights was the **amazing breakfast served in our room**, offering a fantastic variety of options—fresh milk, orange juice, cookies, desserts, cornflakes, eggs, different types of bread, butter, and marmalade. Having an **espresso machine in the room** was a wonderful touch, allowing us to enjoy a great coffee at any time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will **definitely choose Hotel Bretannia again** on our next visit to Ioannina. **Thank you for your hospitality!**

The room was small, but nice, comfortable beds, coffee machine with capsules in the room. Our room had a small balcony, although not much of a view, still nice to have it. The breakfast is delivered to your room and it was nice having it right there on the balcony.

Although the room was quiet ,facing the inner court and you cannot hear the street noise, the unpleasant noise the maid/hotel staff was continuously making woke us up early in the morning(6AM). The management definitely need to do something about it if they want their guest to leave the hotel with the smiles on their faces. The furniture on the balcony wasn't very clean, it was dusty and there were pigeon poops on it. I had to clean it before we could use it.

Excellent location, close to everything, bustly vibe. Could walk/ catch bus all around . Room was so spacious and modern. I liked how breakfast was served in room. There was an elevator!

My room faced the street, was noisy, thankfully there was double glazing! Re breakfast, I suggest a choice card so that food is not wasted. It was delicious however. And could be more generous with some tea and coffee supplies in room. Perhaps accommodate early checkout with a package breakfast.

The hotel is very well cared for in details and very clean, located in the central area on a street full of bars, restaurants and shops that leads directly to the lakeside and close to all the major attractions. For those traveling by car, right in front of the hotel there is a public car park with spaces always available at a cost of €3 per day. One thing that I really liked is the "à la carte" breakfast which is rich and tasty and that above all is served directly to your rooms at the time you agree with the reception. Really kind and professional staff. See you next time!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Brettania in Ioannina. The central location was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant history and charming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of fresh and delicious options. We were welcomed by sweet Ioanna as soon as we arrived. She was always ready to help whenever we needed something. We had been at the hotel the year before and we liked going back. Sure next year we will go again as both the hotel and the city are great choices! Breakast is great and served just beside the hotel. The lady in charge is also very nice and does her job very well!!
