The location and the facilities of The Urbanist are the strongest points. The design of The Urbanist is sleek and contemporary, with a strong emphasis on comfort and functionality. The residences are spacious, well-lit, and thoughtfully furnished, providing a luxurious atmosphere.

Given its central location, occasional street noise can be an issue, especially during peak hours. Although the windows are well-insulated, light sleepers might find the ambient city sounds a bit disruptive at times.

The place looks totally different than the others building on that area, it is brand new, modern and pretty. The rooms are a bit crowded for 4 poeple but they are clean, have a small kitchen and the beds are comfortable. It also has elavetor so it is easy with the luggage.

Alexandros is a fantastic host! He will make sure you feel at home, got us pillos and towels, made sure we had all the essentials, even gave us tips for parking around the premises. The Deluxe Flat has a superb bathtub and the whole apartment is done is great taste, feels warm, cosy & fresh at the same time. The balcony is another great asset of this apartment since you can relax listening to the Ioannina lake birds early in the morning as the city slowly wakes up.

It’s a brand-new facility at the center of the town yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood. No parking issues. The neatness and the attention to hygiene totally fulfills expectations. Highly recommended for either a business trip or short vacations. If availability exists do book the superior or the deluxe suite .

There is nothing not to like about .

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at THE URBANIST. On the day of arrival we even arrived 1.5 hours early, but because the room was already ready we were able to move in. Communication with Alex was perfect and the apartment is within walking distance of the center of Ioannina. We enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

The staff was very polite and professional. The apartment was clean and pretty, very close to the city center and also in a location with many available parking spots nearby. I really enjoyed the hospitality of the manager who was very willing to help and answer questions.

The location was very very close to the center, in a quiet area. Everything inside (and outside) the property is new, clean and perfectly maintained. The host is completely available for every request.

The hotel was a great pitstop for us, with convenient late/self-check-in. You can book a parking spot if one is available. It’s close to the city center with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and well-furnished, and the host was polite and responsive.

Great location. Very central, but in a quiet street. New and stylish apartments with a lot of space. Very helpful and attentive owner. Two parking spots in the building (but subject to availability). Free for suites. Extra cost for other types of rooms.
