Reception staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was basic accommodation, worth the money we paid. There were many shops close by - bakeries, cafes and a supermarket. It was close to the lake with a lovely 23 minute walk to the castle. Catching a taxi back from the town was only 4 euros.

The shower, as with most showers in Greece, is very small, and a shower curtain doesn't always keep the water from getting onto the bathroom floor. The room wasn't quite as modern and nice as in the pictures.

It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. I booked it on behalf of my two grandmothers so that they can attend my graduation and they did not have any complaints at all. They appreciated greatly how clean it was. Also, the bed was very big and comfortable. Finally, breakfast was sufficient. A pleasant experience, my family will probably choose it again on a future visit. It should be noted that the personnel was very accommodating and more than ready to help- great communication

We found this room at the last moment of our arrival and accessed the room within 15 minutes. The room was clean and nice furnished. The bed was very very comfortable. There was a self-check in for late hour arrivals which was great. Nice breakfast.

The only thing to improve or have a look into by the team is the shower. It was difficult to get the hot water running. There were also some sudden fluctuations between hot and cold water from time to time.

The staff was really supportive and helpful. The breakfast included into price was really really good!

The only concern is parking. We’ve arrived quite late (after 9pm) and it’s been challenging to find a parking lot around, as the city is quite busy. Take this into consideration when travel by car

There is a bedroom and living room. The living room is large with a couch and a large desk. The balcony is also spacious.

The bathroom is a bit old, but no real problem.

Breakfast lame, vegtables not fresh, no vegan milk. Yogurt not tasty. I thought it is closer to the city like written on Booking. Staff cant help with recomendations for travel/buses. No hot drink in tbe room, eve hot water.. No conditioner.

We were given a nice, spacious double room on the first floor with two balconies - one overlooking the street where the hotel is and the other one facing the backyard with trees and a small garden. The room consists of two units - a standard-sized bedroom and a smallish living room/study. We thought it was very convenient for a space to be divided like this, because it allows one person to sleep uninterruptibly, while the other may work, read etc. The room and the hotel itself were perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. Delicious breakfast is served from 8 to 11. The staff is nice and friendly. There is an elevator in the building - a real relief when you're carrying the bags. The parking is not private, but we managed to find a place right in front of the hotel - a kind neighbour even removed some obstacles which were put there and we could park more easily. All in all - warmly recommended!

The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Ioannina, which may be a bit of a challenge when you don't feel like walking and parking space is not so easily found downtown. The bathroom was rather small and the shower had a curtain rather than a glass or plastic cubicle, but for a single night it was OK with us.

What we loved most was Anna's warm welcome and her kindness. She really made our stay unforgettable. The room was perfect and met all our expectations.

The breakfast could have been a little better, especially the fruit.

We only stayed one night and everything was ok.The room is very big and clean. The option to self checkin is very good when you arrive late in the night.

It's hard to find a parking place in front of the hotel or on that street, but we managed to find a place on a street nearby.

Great view from our apartment. Nice location, 20 minutes by walk to the castle. Next to the hotel you can find nice restaurant with local meals.

Breakfasts were quite boring after 2 days. I don't have any other issues.
