Perfect location at the centre of Kuala Terengganu. About 5 minutes to KTCC Mall & Mayang Mall. Comfortable pillows & matresses. Our request for two extra pillows was given FOC. Ample outdoor parking. The staff at reception & housekeeping were warm & friendly. The best part of our stay was the indoor swimming pool. Would stay here again for our next family gathering.

The apartment that we had was facing the main road. The noisy sound of the cars & motorcycles, made us difficult to have peaceful sleep until about 2:30 am when it reduces.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which was perfect for our large family of 11. The space was incredibly spacious, accommodating all of us comfortably. We appreciated the extra bed provided at a reasonable cost. The thoughtful inclusion of praying mats and an iron added to our convenience. The location is excellent, with numerous eateries nearby, making dining out easy and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delightful and a great start to our days. Highly recommend this place for big families!.

While cooking isn’t allowed, it would be a perfect 10 for me if a microwave was provided for heating up food.

Location was great (Less than half a mile away from the beach). All staff were incredibly accommodating , THANK YOU so much. Special mention to Cik Umi, she’s lovely - That’s so kind of her to extend our check-out time until later, it helped a lot for my elderly mom. Easy lift access from the basement car park which direct us straight to rooms

Would probably mention about the noise from outside (for folks sensitive with disturbances/ light sleeper? ). This didn’t significantly impact our stay 😊 I presumed the idea of soundproofing isnt very common in Malaysia for typical warmer climate - so they tendto focus more on ventilation? Hope it helps

The residence is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very suitable for a family with 3-5 children.

Management must replace the towels provided. It is highly inappropriate to reuse them, as it is unclear whether the soap used is unsuitable or if the towels were not dried properly. The towels have an unpleasant odor.

Near to place I want to go

Not sure other rooms. But my rooms air-conditioning sometimes cool sometimes not. TV channel also sometimes have signal sometimes don't have signal. Its not a big problem for me since not stay to much in the room since it Raya. Hope can check regularly in future.

Good location. not too far and not too close to the beach. just nice. near to drawbridge, KTCC Mall and Kuala terengganu city centre. Well trained receptionist , Glad to Know Bro Izad & Staff Ummie & tasha. they Assist me Well. oh, looks like they painted several area of building & apartment interior. yeah good to hear that.:-)

just little bit bout cleaning.. but yeah, its still ok for me. to HK just be more particular in future.

The location is good. Near to eateries. Ample parking space. Comfortable and clean apartment. Spacious.

The basement parking smelled bad in the morning and street level noise can be heard quite loudly at night

Spacious room!!! Family suite has view of the beach!! Can see sunset. A lot of free car parking lots, but could be packed if it’s wedding season bcs they also have wedding hall event.

Shower head should be improvised more

Location was superb. Parking was easy. The Seaview was my daily awe. Rooms were neatly made each day.

The doors. All the doors. The wooden doors were terrible. Balcony sliding door couldn't shut in full and we had to make do with constant whistles due to strong winds seeping from the panel gaps

More prefer book with breakfast, eat at restaurant buffet like hotel.. all food is good. Have indoor swimming pool.. easy to check in just go to lobby hotel. Room big like apartment but concept hotel. Easy to parking for guest. Apartment near beach Batu burok n ktc..have iron n iron board tht important for group girl..

This facilities more like hotel.have small Kitchen & only have fridge, glass n kittle.
