The housekeeping staff so friendly.

The drainage in the bathroom give off an unpleasant smell. We arrived early to the hotel from airport (first flight from kl) , and go to the hotel . Reception told us that room are ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra rm50. We are so tired n just pay rm50. But no receipt from the reception. Im not sure if im not aware the early check in procedure.

The concept was good. Kinda minimalist and no frills. Tealive joint was available at the lobby. The toilet door at the lobby was a bit shoddy for a place owned by a famous construction contractor in the state. Location was good although it could be somewhat noisy near the traffic 🚦 - can't have everything 😁 Excellent thinking of having aircon AND a ceiling fan👍

Please be a bit more generous with the soap/shower gel. Barely enough to get by 2 daily showers i.e. evening and morning showers (as is the practice of most Asians given the humid weather). Room was a bit small - although adequate to lay down a praying mat for one - but comfortable

I like the cleanliness of the room and the facilities offerred by the hotel management. There is ample parking space around the hotel that are solely for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is near the city centre and places of interests, for example, The Payang Market , Chinatown, Batu Buruk Beach, Crystal Mosque, just to name a few. The hotel staff on the day that we checked in was helpful.

We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol.

Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.

Tealive is at the lobby. Near to clinic, laundry and several restaurants. The room has a ceiling fan which is very good for ventilation.

No convenient store near to hotel. I have a problem with my air-conditioned in my room. Without aircond, the room become so hot due to its facing sunset. Need some adjustment then ok. No refrigerator to store foods and drinks.

I like the bed arrangement for the family room. The hotel location is quite strategic to reach tourist attractions.

The toilet needs towel hangers, as they are not available. Please give detailed attention to the cleaning of the tiles and grout. Please give proper check and service for the fan and air-conditioner unit.

Second time staying here, everything ok.

My unit's bathroom got a smell, need some air refreshment and my bedsheet is a little bit dirty, management need to up their game in their cleaniness. Even though parking provided, before 5pm still unable to find parking.

Price and location

Could hear the water running when other tenant enter their bathroom, other than that is okay. Unfortunately this time the TV didn't work and their staff couldn't help as the technician is away although he tried to solve the issue via video call.

Easy access and nice parking area. My room was huge! Also i love this hotel got prayer mat and qiblat direction. Many pillow provided also was comfortable for us. Water pressure for toilet so good. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. I would recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Toilet sink maybe bit clogged but its not a big deal.
