the location was very close to city centre. within walking distance. the room was very spacious. there’s a small fridge which is very convenient. the price to me is pretty cheap for that room size. aircond worked well. the toilet was great.

i got bitten by bedbugs. the linens weren’t thoroughly cleaned as well as the toilet. there’s only one small trash bin which in my opinion isn’t enough for more than 1 person. i wish every room had their own iron so i don’t have to walk all the way to the station.

Pretty decent considering the price per night. I was only staying for the night so that next day i won't hv to rush to jetty to redang. Overall, i would say it pass the basic requirement for a 1-2 night stay. Bathroom is great. Big and spacious. Just heads up to those going to book. The shower head is overhead style and right above the toilet seater. There's not much space to put ur dry cloths when showering as it might get splashed a little bit. Good thing is the staff stay up late as i check in in the middle of night around 1am. Nothing much to say for the rest.

Room cleanliness have to be improve, cause i found dead roach in the water boiler that day. Soundproof is bad. So for those who is light sleep, might wan to consider else where. The mosque start praying around 6am in the morning and the echo went straight into the room.

Overall my staying at this hotel was so good. The price, The location, The friendly staff, The room and the bed of coz, The good facilities, The enviroment and The cleanliness. Good and well maintain.

One thing i just can't accept. Got lipas la in my bathroom but it only one lipas there. I hate lipas even it stay quiet at the bathroom and only move a little bit. I just afraid if the lipas fly and get to my bed. Hope Hotel staff can get rid of this issue. Thank you.

Room size is very good for the price plus the room we chose is on the ground floor so we don't need to go up stairs. I recommend spending a liittle more for that room so you don't have to climb stairs if you have elderly.

No suitable place to hang clothes, the one available is directly above the water heater(kettle).

Did't know need to pay parking ticket. Misunderstood when staff request car plate, i think hotel will pay parking, but was mistake. Then need to pay summon, need go to MBKT.,😓

Location is close with attraction in town. Love the staff & check in process. Also upgraded for free from 3 beds to 4 beds. Very lurve it.

strategic hotel area. comfortable room. i got the ground floor room as i wanted. all questions answered well. tq so much.

maybe can provide special parking for guests , hot water for shower, put an iron board n iron in each room for guests to be more comfortable.
