Location - close to pasar payang, chinatown, mosque, other amenities are walking distance (clinic, 7e, watson, secret recipe) Room - clean, spacios (have space to solat), got giblat amd sajadah, comfy room Staff - they allowed me to check in earlier (1 pm), they give my room as per request Price - affordable Parking - lot of parking space

Toilet is clean but for those who are plus size is a bit challenging

Maybe it would be better if room a bit spacious or got window, as we got a room with no window and was too small. So kinda felt like cramped. The bed was a little uncomfortable as I could feel the spring and had body ache. The toilet hose pipe has a little leaking

Great location and very helpful staff at reception makes for a good place to stay.

My mattress has seen better days. The inner springs are starting to poke up to the surface making it less comfy. Air con quite noisy so ear plugs which I always carry are a good idea.

The staff were incredible. Couldn't do enough to please us. Communication was fantastic & fast. English was spoken by many staff members. The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere. The triple room was very spacious with a wonderful size bathroom. The double room was fine for two people, but the bathroom was rather small.

The location was great, just opposite to the bus terminus and next to the China Town & the Central Market (fruits market)! The bed was comfy and we felt on sleep after a long journey!

There was too many crazy motor cycle rider in Kuala Terengganu, they comes with the loud sound bike just next to you since your room was just next to the carriageway!

love the location, very near to pasar payang like 3-5 minutes walk.the hotel is good for the price, toilet is good, great water pressure and staff are nice.

the wall pretty thin, u can hear next door people taking a shower and wash their teeth hahaha

Just okay

No shampoo and can add on coffee like nescafe 3in1 in room. Water from Shower too slow . One more think , i apply queen bed from website but i got 2 single bed . Since , its not state on my pdf doc so i didnt ask for it .

1) Location is good, few minutes from KT bus terminal. 2) Facilities are good. Hot water works well, movie in TV have subtitles, safe deposit box and fridge available. 3) Friendly and helpful staff 4) Reasonable price 5) If you're a walker like me, you can walk 20mins to Drawbridge from this hotel.
