We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we truly appreciate the excellent service we received. During our stay, we had to request a comforter change in the middle of the night. Even though it was Malam Raya and the receptionist was working alone, he responded quickly and efficiently. Despite housekeeping not being available in the same building, he went out of his way to get a fresh comforter for us without any hesitation. His dedication and professionalism made a huge difference in our experience. We are truly grateful for his kindness and prompt assistance. Thank you for going the extra mile! This level of service is what makes a hotel stand out. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

easy location to get to any place I want to go.. because its middle of town... more i like is my wife using wheelchair... before this when i go hotel we have problem with small room area... but at here we get very big room area.. so easy for wheelchair moving n solat... i also said to my wife.. next time if we travel again to K.Terengganu.. we will choose... The hotel should put more plastic for garbage... so it's easy for users to change the plastic garbage without having to go down to the counter to ask.

I always come back here as I need to travel to terengganu for work purpose and there is just no other hotel that I could think of other than this hotel. their room is spacious even for a single bed.., and they have a water dispenser (at level 1) which suit my needs. I enjoyed each and every stay I had at the hotel. please do visit arena boutique hotel whenever you are in kuala terengganu.

i wish housekeeping would check inside the kettle while cleaning since there might be some leftover from the previous tenant. it might attract ants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arena Boutique Hotel & it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The staffs were incredibly friendly & helpful throughout my stay. The room was not only impeccable clean but also tastefully decorated making it feel like a home away from home. A restaurant selling asian & western cuisine is just next door. Overall my stay was nothing short of wonderful. Looking forward for another visit to Kuala Terengganu & YES Arena Boutique Hotel will be my place to stay.

The hotel was modern, clean, excellent facilities. Comfortable bed. Lounge area on the 1st floor with large screened TV. Tea, coffee and water. Microwave. Conveniently positioned to walk to China Town area and the waterfront. 6 5 minute walk from the bus station.

Very noisy main road if you have a room facing it. It seems of a night time motorbikes and cars with large noisy exhausts enjoy racing on this road. 3 nights out of 3 the noise continued till after 1am.

The hotel definitely upgraded from the last time i was here 2 years ago. My previous stay was in a room without windows and quite dirty and damp. Fortunately this time the room that we stayed in was very clean and had big windows. Thank you for providing many prayer mats and the large room enable us to pray jemaah.

The shampoo and shower bath were both labelled "shampoo" so we did not know which was which. The windows was not soundproof and could get quite noisy at night. There was no extra keycards for the room so only had one for the whole family. Would be good if the hotel can provide minimum 2 cards per stay.

Staying at Arena Boutique Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be more perfect—everything I needed was just a short walk away. I’m already looking forward to coming back, this time with my family and friends. Can’t wait for the next stay!

The location is near to city center i.e. Pasar Payang, KTCC, and UTC Kuala Terengganu (Only few kilometers away). Locations are easily reachable. The room is clean, nice bathroom and spacious room. Room service are good, the housekeeper responds to the request promptly. Free parking is given for guests.

Given the new room at new wing, but it's slightly far from the registration counter. Parking space is at the back of the hotel - quite dangerous for single female travelling alone.

Very close to eateries such as Plan A restaurant and Nasi Dagang Atas Tol, and a cinema at Paya Bunga. Room is very clean, lighting is okay. Room is spacious, air-cond is cold enough. The room also has a fan. Sufficient parking spots at the back of hotel.

Shampoo and body wash were almost empty when checked in. Iron is outside the room. I wish iron could be allocated inside each room since the room has sufficient space and sockets. I wish to have a plastic spoon to stir hot drinks in a mug.
