I just have to say how helpful the staff were. One of my employees broke down on the way home from the Czech Republic so they stayed the night in this hotel. The staff with know hesitation helped him get back on the road organising someone to come out and repair the vehicle. They also extended his check out time FOC. We stay in hotels every week as a business and I can say we've never stayed at place so welcoming. The hotel facilities are also second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

We arrived much earlier than the check in time, but the staff was very helpful and managed to settle us in a room at 11am. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area, there is forest surrounding it, many paths to take a walk or have a bike ride. There are even bunnies running through the hotel garden. The area appears as a huge forest natural reserve, which is amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. The restaurant was the most delicious one I have personally visited in Germany. The spa is clean, the facilities are well constructed so even if you are not alone in the steam bath, for example, it doesn’t feel crowded at all. I would love to come back for a longer time with a bike or hiking boots and spend extra time in the nature.

There wasn’t a single thing not to like.

The hotel is very nice with a very good infrastructure and great staff. The location is for a bit farer away from the city, but you are in the green and it is silent and you hear just nature. The Biergarten is fantastic and the food is fantastic as well.

This time all was -in all categories- great. Last time there was a marriage and of course, people celebrating, are a bit noise. If you like to be not disturbed, book a room facing the Forrest.

The room was excellent with perfect cleanliness, comfort and style Had a massage on the Monday from Natalia (hopefully I’ve spelt this correct) and it was 10/10 I would so recommend this service and spending time in the well maintained spa areas

The location was good,the spa was small but nice

They made me decide by check in if I wanted breakfast and I wasn't sure about it. The next morning was ok the breakfast hat variety. I decided to take pancakes and they were as hard as old bread. Also the smell in the rooms was a little strong and it smelled like an old man perfume.

The staff was very friendly, the room was big and spacious, the food in restaurant was pretty good. But the sauna area was our favourite with 2 sauna rooms with private outside view, plus a nice steam bath.

In meeting room X, the fountain and its music was annoying, but the personell took care of this immediately. The staff in the restaurant could have been nicer, with exception of the cook. A smile and being friendly should be the standard.

The room was spacious and clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower; my husband really enjoyed the bath. Breakfast was lovely, though I would have appreciated bacon in a warmed dish as opposed to one plate of bacon sitting out in the cold air. The bread was excellent and the selection was good. The spa was great, a lovely big pool and hot jacuzzi we enjoyed while we stayed there. My husband booked a massage and had nothing but praise afterward. We did not get a chance to use the sauna, so can't speak on it.

Service in the restaurant could be improved, the wait was long, the waitress mostly ignored us and we eventually had to ask a different waiter for the bill.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the spa was so relaxing

The only thing was that the shower leaked into the room onto the carpet

great pool and spa area kind staff generous breakfast buffet ! my first allocated room had a smell, I was changed immediately to a nicer and bigger room
