This place was simply MAGICAL! A tucked gem... simply perfection, and unexpected in this part of town that is not catering to the standard tourist. Patricia has created the loveliest of respites and truly shares her home. The people could not have been more welcoming or helpful, and the property itself leaves nothing to be desired... I can't wait to go back! This will not be the perfect location for everyone... it is a long walk to the piers/ferry, but conveniently there is a taxi stand aroudn the corner. For those looking for a neighborhood stay away from the hotels and tourist center, look no further.

Amazing, amazing place. Previously a family home, now a very cosy B&B. Friendly guests, lovely house cat Maria. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. Not situated in the immediate tourist centre, but you'll find better and cheaper restaurants around the B&B and there is a supermarket and a taxi station right around the corner.

My recent stay at the Hacienda Boutique B&B in Cozumel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. This charming hotel is a true gem, offering a peaceful and relaxing escape from the island's activity. What I Loved: * Incredible Staff: The staff at the Hacienda Boutique B&B are truly exceptional. They are incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. * Serene Atmosphere: The hotel's location provides a tranquil escape. While it's a short taxi ride from the main center (around $100 pesos), the peace and quiet are absolutely worth it. The beautiful gardens and sparkling pool and jacuzzi create a relaxing and inviting environment. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge. * Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a home away from home. * Fantastic Amenities: The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer – everything I needed! The fridge/freezer and outdoor kitchen were also a huge plus, allowing us to prepare simple meals and snacks. * Delicious and Varied Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a real treat! The hotel is beautiful, and I loved the decor. Check-in and check-out were super easy and quick, and the directions to get there were very clear. The location is great, just 10 minutes from downtown Cozumel and about 10 minutes from the airport by car. Right next to the hotel, there’s a supermarket and a taxi stand, which was super convenient. The owner is kind and friendly. When an issue came up, he resolved it quickly and always replied to our messages right away. What we enjoyed the most was the pool with the jacuzzi. It was perfect for relaxing, and we loved soaking up the sun. The hotel includes breakfast, and there are several options like eggs, coffee, and fruit with yogurt. My favorite was the fruit with yogurt. There’s also a super friendly cat that lives at the hotel. She’s definitely the soul of the place! I stayed here with my wife, and we had a great time. We totally recommend this hotel in Cozumel.

We absolutely loved this place! The location in Cozumel, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warm hospitality all made for a truly special stay. It's the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The pool was a great highlight—clean, inviting, and ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of day. We also really appreciated the outdoor kitchen area, which gave us the freedom to prepare snacks or mix up our own cocktails while enjoying the tropical surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe is calm and welcoming. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely return to this lovely spot in Cozumel. It was a memorable experience that combined comfort, charm, and the laid-back spirit of the island.

My friends and I loved this property. The owners, Patricia & Cesar, are very welcoming, and all the ladies from the staff are also very friendly, kind, and prompt to help you with anything you might need. Maria the cat is lovely and also super friendly! I stayed in the Angel room, which I really, really loved, as I am a big fan of Angels. There is a lovely mural beside the bed, the balcony has a hammock swing that was perfect for watching the stars at night, the shower has a huge bathtub with blue tiles and a beautiful angel wings shower curtain, the room key holder is a Frida Kahlo's heart. The hacienda has a lot of character, and every corner of the house has beautiful Mexican art and decorations. You can sit outside and enjoy a big garden full of trees and flowers, there are many outdoor chairs to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Every morning, you have the chance to enjoy a delicious Mexican breakfast. I loved the chilaquiles! There's also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen where we made some quesadillas :) There's a Bodega Aurrera supermarket around the corner where you can get groceries or anything you need. Patricia mentioned that it took her 5 years to accomplish her vision of having a B&B like that. You can tell that lots of love and dedication were poured into this property to make it a beautiful hacienda.

Mother nature did not cooperate during our stay; my friends and I couldn't book the tour to El Cielo and Cielito due to bad weather. Our stay during Easter was very short and got shorter due to a conflict with our flight being rescheduled and delayed. We couldn't use the swimming pool or the jacuzzi on one of the days of our stay due to repairs being performed; we were a bit disappointed, but Cesar was very apologetic, and the next day the pool was back in operation. Due to Easter weekend - Las fiestas de Pascua, downtown was very quiet on Sunday when we went for a walk, not many places open or they were closing early... Something to consider, avoid travelling during those holidays if you like a more lively town!

The property is beautiful - a treat for the senses. My breakfast entree was delicious, but I was a little disappointed when I received "margarine" (and not butter) for my toast. I would have loved some fruit with my entree but I guess I needed to ask for that extra? The staff was wonderful and very responsive, and of course I enjoyed being greeted by Maria!

I stayed in the Tequila room and there didn't appear to be an easy way to darken the room at night without undoing the beautifully arranged drapes. I therefore arose with the sun, but it wasn't a totally bad thing! I was surprised at the distance from the ferry dock to the B&B. The map showed the property to be closer, so I thought I could walk it, but my first taxi trip to the property convinced me - no way! Don't even attempt to walk it, it's way too far and the route may be a little sketchy after dark. That said, I appreciated the taxi stand right around the corner - they were always fair and honest with their fees, unlike the taxi driver who picked me up at the ferry and charged me double!

Hacienda Boutique felt like a home away from home. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. The lush garden feels like an oasis retreat, with a great pool and heated jaccuzzi perfect after a day of diving on the island. The free breakfast is delicious and has multiple options. The shared outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and we made some nice outdoor meals there too. We kept extending our stay and both rooms we slept in were very spacious and equipped with all you need. We had rented a scooter so getting around was easy. We loved our stay and you will too! We will definitely be back.

It was perfect

Delicious breakfasts. Kind and welcoming hosts that look out for you. Feels like a home stay + relaxed boutique spa when you're in the garden. Walking distance to the grocery store and the main drag of "local" restaurants+ a taxi pick-up line. There is a fridge and outdoor kitchen available for use, which helped us plan our early morning breakfasts on days we needed to leave before the breakfast service began. We loved relaxing in the garden with Maria, the sweet and friendly cat. 10/10 would return and recommend to my friends.

Everything was lovely, so this is hard to come up with... Maybe a hotter temperature in the jacuzzi?

It is well taken care of, feels safe, quiet, authentic atmosphere. Helpful owner, gave us good tips for visiting the island. Kitchen staff had beautiful uniforms and the ladies were very friendly. There is a supermarket right across the street. We rented a scooter and we were able to park it inside the property overnight. The cat Maria was a nice part of our experience too.

A little further from the ferry terminal and “downtown”. The breakfast portions could be a little bigger, maybe depends on the item you choose in the menu but what we had wasn’t filling enough.
