Really nice hotel for the price. Within walking distance of the busy centre, rooms are spacious with an down/upstairs and beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a lot of potential and needs a bit of an upgrade, but rooms are very clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. 24-hour manned reception desk.

Nothing! But improvements could be electric kettle and fridge. Hotel offers free coffee in the mornings and use of fridge in reception but otherwise, there’s an OXXO approx. 2 minutes walk from there.

Hotel Dos Mundos is a great place to stay if you want to get away from the downtown tourist area. Just a 10-15 min walk up the main street, it's a quiet and privately run hotel that featured large rooms. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, and very pleasant staff. Close to some really nice local restaurants and a grocery store just one building over. Free coffee at the front desk for guests, and

Wifi was spotty at times, but generally was good enough. Otherwise, I had no issues at all.

We traveled to Cozumel because we had a family member in the hospital there. This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

The only thing I can say is that we would have liked to have had a refrigerator in the room. We made it work though. no real complaints.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations, especially the Casa Mission round the corner that became our local restaurant. The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel was a 15 minute-walk to the town centre and the ferry.

The hotel is a family-fun business with father and son accommodating us and giving us a different room since they overbooked the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a TV with many streaming services on it. The reception provided coffee in the morning.

Our room was unfortunately on the main road, so the noise woke us up early in the morning. The hotel is a bit far from town, around 15-20 minute walk.

Everything was exceptional. From the check in where the owners were really welcoming and helpfull about everything and really nice in general, to the room what was much more then expected (big, clean, kitchen was great, great location, very good value for money), to the support and gift I got before Ironman competition from the owner. Also, WiFi was great. Reccomend :)

Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).

In the morning Netflix wasn't working for some reason, but that's it really.

The staff is super friendly and the location is decent, I was walking around most of the time, but the place is easy for taxies to find too and it is only 50pesos from the center of Cozumel.

Just the bathroom, the shower was very old and and difficult to use. Also there is no fridge in the rooms, not even a mini one... no kettle either, even though they have a kitchenet area.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. WiFi was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

The only thing I have to say is that the blinds needed some attention as several of them were broken so it made it difficult to open and use the balcony.
