The location is downtown, so if you want something more cultural and not touristy, this is a good place to stay. The room was huge. For the price, you couldnt beat it. Everyone was so friendly and we made so many friends there. Hopefully lifelong.

Not having a microwave or anyway to get ice except buy a big bag at the store was a pain. The shower would not stay warm. We had to shut it off and turn it back on every 20 seconds or so. Our neighbors seemed to have good hot water, so I think it was just our unit. Maybe try to get a bottom unit.

I might be biased because of how much I liked Cozumel, but I also enjoyed the staying. We slept well, everything was clean and we had a small fridge to cool down our drinks and keep some of our food properly stored. we barely used it, but the pool was nice Parking outside for bicycles Yummy local places nearby

It was a bit difficult to air out because we didn't have a window. If opened the door the mosquitoes would access inside. It's not extremely far from the ferry and not their fault, but perhaps, they could add the info on their welcome message of how to get there using a tuk-tuk

The staff was exceptional in all they did. They provided guidance to a tourist for standard questions as to where to eat and local facilities. They went the extra mile by offering to store my luggage before leaving as well as allowing me to use their fridge, although it would have been great to have a mini fridge/microwave in the room which we are used to having in Canada. The room was clean and the staff switched out the linens when needed and allowed me to stay in the same room after my travelling group left. It was also great that there was a cover over the walkway so when it poured rain, you could walk to the front desk without getting wet. The pool outside my room was also a welcome addition for a quick swim.

It would have been nice to have a hotel with a continental breakfast to avoid getting lost in a new country/city.

Beautiful grounds. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. Shower was the only powerful shower we have had in Mexico! My son loved the fact they provided bowls so he could have cereal. The staff are lovely and happy to help. They really made the place feel like a home away from home. Lovely swimming pool was a bonus. Two great restaurants nearby. We loved Mr Taco's and Birchen steak.

It was a little far walking too and from town but can't really complain as this meant it was quiet in the evening's.

We loved the location of this property. We thought it had the best restaurants in walking distance like Lily Cafe, El Moro, Mr. Taco, Casa Mission and many more. We didn’t have a car and mostly used The moto taxis which were 40 or 50 pesos. The villa itself (5) had a full kitchen and enough room for all of us. The island is small enough where everything is a quick walk or taxi ride. There is also an ATM nearby, a fresh fruit and vegetable market, laundry services, and Waldo’s. Please know that it’s not a 5 star hotel as it’s older but it was great for us. The staff is kind and helpful. The pool was nice too.

The negatives were that it’s a bit older and worn out in some areas.

The villas were comfortable with quality beds that made for deep sleeps. The lush vegetation in the gardens was beautiful and added to the atmosphere. The pool was a great spot to relax and take a dip. Not very busy during our stay either. Some good restaurants just a few blocks away and coffee available across the road.

It was about a 20 min walk to the downtown area, which for adults was no big deal but for hot children with short legs it felt a lot longer

We had such a great experience at Hotel Villas Colibri Suites & Bungalows that we ended up extending our stay more than once! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring Cozumel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. It felt like home away from home. Highly recommended – we’d definitely come back!

This is a huge rental in Cozumel. When we arrived, I was a little concerned, but after you passed the gate, you saw the actual villas. It's a little hidden gem! Our villa was huge! Everyone got a room. It's not as art deco as the other places we stayed, but that gave it its own charm. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is not located on the beach or next to the Plaza but there are plenty of local places to eat and that's what we like. We had a car, so getting to the turisty spots was a quick 5 min drive. I would highly recommend this place unless ur looking for a beach front property.

I was told at the beginning about a policy that if the towels were stained with any type of marks (soil,blood,etc), we would be charged extra since they would be charged extra. I have traveled all over the world and never told this, so I found it strange. In addition, the towels were not amazing super towels. Some looked like rags... I found that a bit odd.

The hotel is beautiful and looks very well mantained. The pool is awesome. The room is very big, the bed is confortable, there was a balcony and a table if you need to work, although the Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent (I just stayed for one night so take this carefully).

The bathroom situation is a bit confusing. It's listed as a suite, but the bathroom is outside of the room. It is a door just outside of the room's door and in an area where there's only this room, but it's open anyway. I wouldn't just leave my bathroom stuff there. It also doesn't have a proper door, it's like a curtain so you can't lock it.

you settle in a nice and colourful garden as soon you cross the main gate door. It was a nice feeling. The studio had all the basic facilities. The patio outside belong to the room was nice and relaxing. Location is outside the center however we didn't mind renting a scooter which is also good to visit the island.

all the facilities doors are with codes. It's nice because you don't carry keys but it can be a bit cumbersome :D
