FD staff very friendly and helpful. We got 1 hour late c/o which let our kids to play in a pool right after breakfast. HK carts very neat and organised- I noticed it right away - as I work for Hospitality. HK manager should be proud. Room was clean. The only thing - it’s about a time for carpet cleaning. In our room carpet was very stained. Other than that excellent location, property and staff. Definitely will be back in Fall! Thank you for your hard work!

Some pools being closed for entire of our stay, one of the waterfalls didn’t work either. Cleaning other pool happened from 10 to 4 pm on Saturday. How about to do it overnight or at least from 7-12 pm or so. We chose that hotel just because of pools for kids. in such a busy time for Moab would be nice to have everything functional.

The pool area is the best, very big and lots to chose from. Great spot for some family fun. The gym was great, just enough equipment to get a very fast work out in. Plus the gym is open 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable. They offered root beer floats one night for a charity, very nice to enjoy by the pool.

The breakfast was not very good. Scrambled eggs tasted like a wet sponge. Most of the options were very high in sugar or carbs. Not alot of healthy options, they did offer bacon or turkey sausages on seperate days. But the meat was chewy and tasted microwaved. Although my kids loved it I feel like it's gonna take weeks to recover. Options for my stay were, day 1- eggs Canadian bacon and French toast sticks. Day 2- eggs waffles and bacon. Day 3- eggs turkey sausage and pancakes. All of these tasted like they came out of a microwave. Imagine you buy any of these frozen at a gas station. That's what it tasted like.

We are Aussies travelling the US. We have been all over with our three kids. this hotel was by far the best one we have stayed in and we have been to many. Staff were so friendly and caring. From the front desk staff to the cleaners. So nice! The facilities were beautiful, breaky was delicious and the kids had a ball eating dinner by the fire and swimming. Our entire stay was 10/10 our only regret is not booking longer!!

The breakfast bar was good. It was well maintained. Breakfast was served during advertised hours. Desk staff was friendly. The pool and fitness center were very nice.

Housekeeping staff was coming every other day. After Day 4 of our 8 day stay, they did not return to the room. We got clean towels from the desk, I thought they would just come back, but they never did. I should have said something to the desk, but I didn't.

I thought the location was perfectly between arches and Moab, having the Colorado River out your back door is a huge plus. Also, since we had small kids, the pool was a huge hit. Especially since it was on the warmer side. Lastly, staff was all very friendly.

Our room just had some weird things that popped up. Our extra bed in the sofa didn’t have clean sheets, our sink barely drained, and our automatic blinds only worked intermittently. Lastly, we could not turn our A/C on. The room sat at about 78 degrees the whole time even set to 68 degrees.

Very family friendly. Great pools and hot tubs, outdoor spaces, outdoor games, excellent breakfast.

They were super busy, so one of the days we stayed, our room was never cleaned. We called and they immediately brought us fresh towels as requested. Splash pad wasn’t on (though it was April so maybe it’s a summer thing).

This was the most pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only are large dogs welcome, they make it super easy to have them there, they are even welcome in the pool area (6 feet away from the water). The pool area is incredible, our son never wanted to leave, and since our dog could chill out there with us, we didn't have to leave! They have multiple pools, hot tubs and splash pads, each one is a different temperature so no matter the weather or time of day, there is something for everyone. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

The price was a little higher than we would have liked to spend, but being able to have our dog by the pool with us made it worth the extra cost.

Breakfast was great and was enough for everyone. The breakfast hours were shorter than other hotels I have stayed so we did have to wake up earlier to enjoy. Pools and hot tubs were great to use after a long day of exploring.

The trundle bed had dirty sheets. I asked for room service and didn’t get it.

Overall good stay. Although the breakfast area offered good choices, it felt crowded and consistently had a line of people waiting. This made the experience less enjoyable and rushed. Loved the view from the breakfast area )) Our room was spacious and provided a comfortable space during our stay. We appreciated the amenities and the chance to relax after a long day exploring Arches National Park. Despite the minor issues with staff friendliness, the crowded breakfast area, and the cold pool, the hotel did have redeemable qualities, such as a comfortable room and plenty of hot tubs, great game area (ping pong, connect 4)...

We didn't care for the layout of the breakfast area; the staff at the front desk and breakfast area didn't appear too friendly or welcoming. The spot by the river was overrun with mosquitoes. One downside was that one of the pools was freezing cold, which was disappointing. Fortunately, the hotel had an arrangement with a nearby hotel, allowing us to use their warm pool.

Comfortable bed, friendly front desk staff. Outside jacuzzi nice after hiking. Breakfast buffet was standard.

Architect design for bathroom door just barely cleared toilet, toilet paper was farther than normal arm away from toilet. Because of doors to adjoin rooms you could hear loud conversation in room Nextdoor.
