Very spacious room, and location is fair - assuming you know you're not in the historic centre when you book this place. Both the mummy museum and the historic centre are within walking distance though, if you like to walk. Check in was easy and friendly, and they stored our bags for us when we arrived early.

WiFi didn't connect whatsoever, I guess our room at the top floor was too far away from the router. The "kitchenette" was equipped with a butter knife and one plate. There's no purified drinking water available for guests. This place has a lot of potential, that I feel isn't used. Improve a few things and the rating would be higher! I also got the impression that other room are better equipped than the one we had, which was the cheapest one.

Huge double room with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette and a private balcony! Closer to a one bed apartment, with a filter coffee machine, fridge, and microwave along with basic cutlery in the kitchenette. We were very impressed with the size of the room, comfy bed, and balcony with chairs. The location was excellent, being only a 10 minute walk to the center or 20 minutes to the furthest point of the main streets (café Tal). Staff were helpful and happy to let us book additional nights directly with them for the same price.

The WiFi didn't reach to the room, and a towel rail/hook in the bathroom would be appreciated. There were a small number of ants in the kitchenette and by the main doorway upon arrival, but nothing that affected our stay at all and understandable in the setting.

Should specify that the only way to get to your rooms is through stairs. This is important info for people with disabilities. No elevators available at the property.

The staff to check us in didn't speak English and didn't know how to use a POS machine. Took a long time to check in. The hot water took 20min to come out, which is unacceptable.

It was ok to sleep for one night.

It didn’t provide toiletries, hair dryer or extra towel for the floor when getting out of the shower plus it didn’t have a shower curtain.

There was a nice little terrace, parking was included and one of the staff, jacqueline, was helpful and friendly. The location wasn't too bad.

Everything else was terrible. The room was in very poor condition, dirty, humidity in the walls, falling apart basically. There was no blackout curtain (too much light in the morning) and very noisy too from around 8am. Only soap provided
