The hotel is very nice, with clean and big rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. A very big "Bravo!" to the three old ladies I have seen working in the hotel: I would like to have their energy when I will be at their age. And the food...Oh my God... was so good and tasty! The outside pool is big enough to swim and relax with a cold drink from the pool bar. Amazing SPA with 7 pools with different types of thermal water, highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

Except tomatoes, there are no other vegetables at the breakfast. But you can live with that :)

Breakfast was good. Service was very attentive and helpful.

People are allowed to smoke at the breakfast area outside. Dogs are allowed. And some pet owners don't know better and leave their dog smell and touch you. Rather small room. Bed mattress was stiff so I couldn't get as much rest as I was hoping for, plus a kid from next room started speaking loud at 7am...

The location was great, we could walk everywhere in this beautiful town. The staff was welcoming and changed our room when the AC was not working, by the way the new room was much bigger and nicer!

Our first room (before we requested a change) had a window but it was directed toward some inner room that had no views, no fresh air, no nothing. If having access to an outdoor view is important, then perhaps you should request that in advance.

Very quiet place where to relax and rest, the staff was very kind and the room very clean. The facility has some retro vibes but I guess it's due to its historical heritage. I would come back for sure since I enjoyed my staying. A special thanks to the woman that helped us to figure out which bus to use to go back to Barcelona.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not many vegetarian options

Great location on the square. Outdoor pool has a great view. It is heated. The staff are friendly and helpful at the reception desk.

The spa is not included for hotel customers. It costs extra. I did not realise this before I booked. So, I went to a local natural public bath instead. You need to pay extra for parking.

Clean

There is a bar next to diner but always closed. I needed ice so had to ask a staff member who then left to get some from the bar. It would be nice to have it open afternoons to enable you to get refreshments so you don’t have to leave hotel.

Lovely place. Enjoyed the hot spring spa downstairs very much. Lovely room. Nice breakfast. Car park nearby.

We would have preferred one large bed rather than two small ones pushed together

I stayed for one night on a cycling tour. A very welcoming hotel in a lovely town. It had the best breakfast of the trip. The single room was small, but I knew that when I booked it and it was clean and comfortable with a decent shower.

Very interesting old building. Very spacious room, clean. Outdoor pool with thermal water, so it was was warm to swim in the morning at 17 degrees outside. Even my daughter swam.

Poor breakfast choices. Very small choice for vegetables.

The warm pool (32degrees), The buffet was very original and delicious.

The streets to reach the hotel are very small and only accessible for the locals. Once the hotel register your license plate, you can drive there.
