This was our first time staying here & it did not disappoint! It was the sweetest hotel & the best smelling hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It smells like apples constantly! ALL of the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Our room had a view of the outdoor pool for the first 2 nights, we decided to stay a 3rd night and we moved to a room with a view of the apple orchard. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. My kids really enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. We really liked that we had a private balcony as well. We also really enjoyed the hot apple cider every time we walked through the lobby. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We loved everything about the property!

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable for my whole family. The apple cider is a nice treat 🙂 The free breakfast is absolutely the best with everything you could imagine! The whole place smells so nice and is always clean down the hallways and even on the grounds outside. It's a wonderful place to stay because of its location as well. It's close to everything!!

We were put in a handicap room, which we had never been in before. The bathroom was smaller with no counter. It wasn't as convenient as the bathrooms in the other rooms.

The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in until we left. When we checked in, we were given all the info needed to have a great stay verbally AND written. The gentleman gave me a map with lots of information on it and that was believe ot not what made my stay excellent. Also, this place Cleans your room every day, no need to ask (hallelujah). My husband loved the shower head lol, I loved how clean everything was and the location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. We are definitely coming back!!!

We loved everything about the property! From the location, the quick/easy check in, the building smelling like apples, room was great with the most comfortable beds, lack of noise coming from the hallway at night , and complementary hot coffee and apple cider all day long!

The only thing I think that needs to be improved was maybe the breakfast…9:30 is way to early for it to end and food wasn’t the best…just my opinion though. Waffles were fine but the meat, eggs, and gravy could use lots of improvement. Bacon was just that heat and serve mess, sausage links were on but the sausage patties not so great. Muffins, and bagels were ok and the drink options were great.

Our room was very clean and that means so much to us. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and acted as if they were happy for us to join them. We enjoyed the large selection of breakfast items, and just enjoyed our stay immensely. We were there to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, and the Inn made us feel welcome and we know were we will be staying from now on! Thank you!

We honestly did not find anything we did not like about our stay at the Inn. We even enjoyed being able to access our vehicle through the double doors that lead outside.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. Appreciation for the laminate flooring vs carpet. Also grateful for the extra sink outside the bathroom which helps with two people grooming at same time. The grab bar and non skid surfaced tub was also appreciated by someone who sustained a serious fall several months ago. Each morning the breakfast had a great variety and attentive staff to keep area clean and continual restocked. Our favorites were Wed and Sat bacon days. A traffic light at street beside hotel made entrance to busy Parkway very helpful. All in all the beds were comfortable but a bit too soft for our liking. There was not excessive noise and the staff were very attentive. Pricing was quite competitive. Happy to recommend this facility to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge.

Beds could have been firmer.

The hotel is in a very good location, everything is close and convenient. The hotel is very clean, no bad smells. bed sheets and bedspread and pillowcases all very clean. The staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day wery good! The pools are great! The breakfast is ordinary, but good, it was enough for us, everything is delicious.

There were a lot of pillows, but I have a problem, if the pillow is dense, tight, I start to have a headache (but this is my personal problem) so I slept without pillows. The refrigerator is not mounted stably, it constantly moved if you open the door. But this is a minor minor problem, you can just put a rubber mat under it and it will not move.

This place is wonderful and always spotless. Everything in the rooms very comfortable and cozy, and the common areas snell like apples. Perfect location and easy to get in and out of. Super friendly staff all the way around; great atmosphere. Hot apple cider in the lobby is divine. We come to Pigeon Forge usually twice a year and this is the only place we stay since finding it

Absolutely nothing more you could ask for! Cleanest place I've ever stayed at by a mile. Pool areas very clean with no strong chlorine or other funky smell. Awesome price, especially for the quality and attention to detail

Very nice, comfortable hotel. The staff is exceptional. The grounds are lovely. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. The indoor pool is very nice as well as the outdoor pool area. We did not swim outside due to cooler weather, but the area was still nice. The breakfast area was clean & well maintained. This was our first stay and we will definitely stay here again since we vacation in Pigeon Forge every year.
