The room was has expected for the type of hotel, I've used in the pass this group of hotels. In the room you had a desk, TV with satellite channels and refrigerator. A bath, free toiletries and slippers. Amenities include an electric kettle and hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. VOD was free to use. It was well situated for my purposes

Found a biscuit under the bed and it looked dirty under-bed. I was here to enjoy myself so I didn't investigate any further. Room seemed very dark even with all lights on. I think it was the colour of bed, curtains, and wall paper

✅️The location is great and there are lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Parking is also available on site and staff were vedy helpful when we needed their assistance when we maklde a mistake when paying our parking.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected

The staff are very nice and speaks Englsih fluently. The room is clean and tidy. Also, the daily neccesities are sufficient.

The hotel is a little far from the MRT station and there are many host clubs around the hotel which leads the feeling of insecured.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room, we ended up quite hot at night. The location was a little dodgy at night.

It's a very tidy and clean hotel, and the staff are very accommodating even towards foreigners.

The hotel is a little ways out. There are many host clubs nearby which may deter some guests but I had no problem with it.

Very attentive and accommodating staff. Nothing seemed neglected. Very generous with amenity kits. Attractively designed and quite cozy rooms.

The rooms could use more atmospheric lighting. The dimmer operated bedside lamp was great but the other lights were a little too harsh and top-down. Could also use a clothing rack instead of the two overworked wall hooks I had in my room. But there's really no room for it. A little bedside table would be nice too. There's room a for a glass of water on the headboard, but not much room. Also a bit of a drifting smoke problem when I opened the window of my non-smoking room. There's also often a lot of late night/early morning noise from the nightlife workers and partiers in the street below, but it was sufficiently muted by the seventh floor where I was.

Hotel staff and rooms were fantastic. Its a great value for your money. Lots of food options in the area and great prices.

The neighborhood was the downside. Ran into 4 people that tried to start a fight with us early in the morning.

A very nice place for solo traveller. Room was clean, convenient, amenities all furnished and complete. A big screen TV was also furnished inside the room with free pass for watching movies. Wi-Fi was fast enough and stable.

The location of the hotel was in a district with a lot of bars / izakaya, so there were many yankee-looking guy loitering around there. It might not be so safe for women when checking-in late at night.

The hotel looks new and clean.

The restaurant for breakfast is located at the other branch so you’ll need to go outside the hotel, although it just takes just around a minute by walk.

Great location good clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very poor and served in the hotel next door.
