I skip the high-rise beach hotels for this beachfront gem! I am a repeat visitor to the Premier. They do hospitality far beyond other hotels as it is really smaller and managed by a wonderful family. Comfortable, clean, two pools, beach chairs & towels provided. A quick walk across the street and you are on the beach. Looking forward to my next visit.

The food is excellent. The bar has beer and wine only. The complimentary breakfast and evening at dinner can get a bit hectic with limited space. You can have food delivered to your room or carry out. But!...you are on the beach near all of the Ft. Lauderdale options.

Staff is very friendly, Rooms are clean, the location is perfect. right in front of the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed our stay.

I really don't have anything negative to say except the the rain and the hotel has nothing to do with mother nature. all in all, it's a great hotel to stay with family and friends.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and it’s worth every penny. It’s an older hotel building, but you could tell it was renovated and properly maintained. The walls are absolutely sharp and crisp white. The room size itself is massive with a nice eating table closet. Space. The floor tiles are immaculate. The bathrooms are small but well kept over all the entire facility is clean every time I’ve stayed during the day. All I see is people cleaning every inch of the facility, walk into the room automatically smells fresh and clean Hotel staff comes and cleans your room every day and you have a view of the beach almost every window. Breakfast in the morning is good compared to most hotel breakfast. They provide you with two beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels. If you were to rent a beach chair you’re paying at least $30 just for two chairs not including an umbrella or towels so that’s a value and itself and the main reason why I stay at the hotel. The hotel is absolutely amazing my favorite. He’s been the person that’s at the front desk. Every time I checked in and the couple works in the restaurant very sweet. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel other than the bathroom being small but again the bathroom is clean . Literally One yard from the beach and this is my favorite hotel to stay at worth every penny and I will never stay anywhere else

I've stayed here several times now and will continue to make it my first choice in Ft. Lauderdale. Rooms are exceptional! Very comfortable king size bed. Refrigerator and safe in every room. Beach towels and chairs are available in the office. By the way the beach is directly across from the hotel. The second floor deck facing the beach is perfect to watch the sunrise. Breakfast buffet. Adjacent hotels are good for evening dinner and entertainment. Walking or jogging the sidewalk along the beach wall with no worries of cross traffic. Staff is outstanding. Highly recommend

Parking is a bit annoying. Coming back late in the evening and found the only space available was underground, and it is a tight fit.

The place has an awesome location, the first building is ocean front, the second building has partial ocean view, although the beach is just across the street. The place is extremely clean even though is a pet friendly hotel. The room I stayed at had two spacious and comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen (cutlery sets, dinnerware, coffee pot with coffee, toaster, pots, cutting board, bottle/can opener, microwave, dish drainer, stove/oven), bathroom with plenty of towels, toilet paper, shower gel/conditioner/shampoo/hand soap/hair dryer, closet with hangers/ironing board/safe, tv, radio/clock, two nightstands, a dresser, clean fridge, dinner table with four chairs, and two big chairs that can be placed together as a couch. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with great variety of choices ranging from croissant/bagels/sliced bread, fresh fruits, omelet, sausage, bacon, hash brown, ham and cheese, tea, coffee, milk, juices, cereals, butter, jelly, for you to take to the room or to have at the spacious sitting area on the outside bar. There is FREE water bottles at the desk. The property provides with one beach/pool towel per guest and beach chair and umbrella. The restaurant/bar works from 9 AM to 11 pm with a well rounded menu with no too expensive prices, room service available as well. There is no charge for pets which makes a great difference to the ones not leaving our pets behind, and there is no fee for parking (another huge advantage). There are two parking lots plus the spaces around the hotel. There are two pools, one on each building (elevator accessible). Housekeeping runs all day every day. The staff is great. The place is definitely a must visit if you are looking for a cozy, comfortable, relaxed, on a budget stay. Highly recommendable.

The staff were exceptionally kind, the rooms were beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable. Affordable with no “extra fees” Complimentary Breakfast was great! They also have a beautiful garden, sitting area, with a grill, if you want to cook your own food, and open a bottle of wine. They have 2 small pools, one is shaded, and one near the small grill/bar, in the sun. Both salt water pools.

Parked in the underground parking, don’t recommend you do that during an evacuation 🤣 Birds, and some small critters, took shelter directly over my white vehicle💩

Location was great by the beach. Lots of places to eat close by. Free breakfast was a nice added touch. They give you chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is nice.

We came in on a red eye flight and once at the hotel we were told we could check in at 11:30. Once that time came we were told another 30 minutes. We continued to check back every 30 minutes and our room didn’t end up getting ready until 3pm. If I was told 3pm from the start it wouldn’t have been an issue but felt like we weren’t taken seriously. We also called months ahead and confirmed a beach front room only to find out when we got there that it didn’t reflect in their system and they were sold out.

Being right across the street from the beach was so great, and within one block of a great bakery, a juice bar, and a bistro. We could walk just a few blocks to several restaurants and shops, as well. The heated salt water pool was our favorite place in the hotel, where we relaxed each afternoon and made friends.

The tv didn't work in our room, which wasn't too important to us so we didn't mind. There are essentially two separate hotels on the property and it would've been nicer to have them connected to make going from one to the other easier (the heated pool was in one, the restaurant was in the other), but it wasn't a big deal.

We (my spouse, our two small puppies, and I) just had an amazing stay at the beachfront Premiere Hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the warm hospitality created a truly memorable experience. The stunning ocean views, well-maintained facilities, bedroom comfort, and cleanliness made our stay exceptional. They have two swimming pools, one of which is heated - perfect for a couple of slightly cold days (it’s winter now). Free water is available in the refrigerator in the lobby. Good breakfast. It’s evident that the family’s dedication to their property reflects in the overall ambiance. If you’re seeking a delightful blend of comfort, charm, and seaside beauty, this family-owned gem is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway! We’re definitely coming back!

Location, transparency of costs, staff friendliness, amenities (parking, pet friendly, breakfast, pool). Very friendly and welcoming staff, felt like staying at a relatives place. Very homely crowd, great location on the beach, incredible amenitiea, and great value! The room was also prepared well.

When arriving, the room after the cleaning had a bit of a smell of sanitized alcohol for a few hours. Besides that very minor point, everything else was wonderful.
