Geraldine assisted us for check in and was very informative. She upgraded us from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price. The view from the top 19th floor facing the bay was spectacular! We had a few breezy nights so there was no need for AC. The king size mattress felt perfect. Great Restaurants and Parque de Novios are all walking distance. (La Serena Tropical Bistro (on the Bay), Ouzo Mediterranean (Parque de los Novios), Olivia Panadería & Pastelería in a small shopping center between Carrera 3 and 4 and Calle 26th for breakfast, and Don Chucho (Rodadero) were our favs. We bought our drinking water from D Uno which is right up the street, it was 5x less than local pharmacy. We eat out everyday, so can't say much on the kitchen. Uber service Priority was about $1.25 USD ($20,000 COP instead of $15,000 COP) more than taxi and much more comfortable. Taganga and Rodadero in Gaira are both about 20 minutes away for about $18,000 COP. $40,000 COP to the airport. We choose to visit Playa Inca Inca which is a small beach next to Playa Blanca with less people. We didn't have lunch there. Lastly the Buena Vista Mall is worth a visit. We have great memories and felt safe everywhere.

Everything ! Wonderful and very comfortable apartment. Well equipped, very large rooms. Nice balcony. Easy check in and very good communication in particular with Geraldine, she also helped to find local transports which is highly appreciated ! Fantastic view, central location, easy access to the old town. Very close to a restaurant that we can only recommend, la Baguettina. We went 3 times ! Nice bakeries very close for breakfast. Excellent wifi. Access to the very nice swimming pool of Marriott next door.

Spotless and very spacious apartment with amazing views and sunset. Really comfortable bed - best I slept in the whole Trip! Felt safe and secure. Grateful that they provided coffee machine with coffee and filters too. Everywhere else we had to struggle to find filters! Staff at front desk were really friendly and always checking that we are ok.

A few bits seemed to be missing from the kitchen such as scissors and a chopping board. I am sure we could have asked for these though! Also was sad to leave :(

Nothing was bad. One thing I thought was strange was that we didn't pay or give anything at checking in. Instead, some lady came into the room and stood there asking all these questions and took payment there. Never had that happened to me in many years of traveling. But maybe that is just their policy. Just a heads up as some people want privacy and could be changing or something after arriving to room.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of all the sites downtown. It was easy to book a snorkling tour with one of the many scuba shops close by. The only drawback in terms of location was on Saturday night, a music venue/club somewhere close by BLASTED music until 4:00am. It was so loud you could feel it in the rooms. No one could sleep. Other than that, it was really quiet and peaceful. Great views of the mountains and water.

LOVED staying here - after our first apartment air conditioner didn’t work, we were promptly moved to a new suite. The staff were so helpful and kind. Facilities were good, there wasn’t anything we didn’t have/need extra. Everything is accounted for and they really go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Facilities wise the pool is lovely, gym is good, walkable to everything.

Occasionally you could hear local clubs playing doof doof music until early hours.

Space is phenomenal. Staff were lovely and super friendly. Views were spectacular. We were given little plantain chips as a welcome gift- yummy. The place had washing machine AND dryer and they even left some detergent- which was amazing after several days in tayrona and travelling! Supermarket just down the street and it's very short walking distance to the marina, with several bars and restaurants around! After a few days in the incredible jungle, this place was a welcome return to absolute comfort.

The shower in main bedroom was blocked and flooded. We were only there 1 night or I'm sure staff could have had it fixed- and there was another shower we could use anyway. Considering the heat, just 1 bottle of complimentary water would have been nice.

Great location, Nice and big, modern and has all the home amenities, you need for a great stay. We had an apartment on the 19th floor, so we have great views,. Nice to sit on the balcony and have drink while watching the sunset. Close grocery store. Close to the beaches and beach front. Good restaurants close. Nice to be able to wash you clothes and cook what you want etc. Nice aircon. Great pool/ on the property.

The ap is beautiful, really well kept, clean and neat. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The place has everything you need to stay for a few days and is nearby stores and restaurants although is not near a beach if you are looking for that. The pool is shared with the Marriott hotel with great views and restaurante service,

I would love if it was near a beach but it's near Downtown so it's great for dinner and walking around but not so much for going to the beach.

The facility was very comfortable, the staff was very welcoming and always available to answer questions. The apartment had breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms were very comfortable and location was very close to restaurants, super markets and bars. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Grand Marina Suites. 10/10!

The elevator was a little small however that did not take away from my experience and positive review.
