Receptionist was very kind and accomodating. She was able to put us near the door for our dogs and the laundry room. Our room did end up not having hot water but we were moved to a new room.

An elevator to the second floor would have been helpful.

Room was great, bed and pillows were terrific, it was quiet. I'd stay here again (I'm generally pretty okay with places, with a rough up or down vote, but not often inclined to mentally tag for return). I had a first-floor room and it was very convenient.

Cheap drinks.

The breakfast was horrible. The breakfast lady/morning desk had zero personality. I looked at her directly and said good morning. No response. Ever. We also were there for a funeral. Some of us got a special funeral rate, others not. It would have been nice to have a consistent price for all of us.

Breakfast was good, but seemed like the staff was short b/c the manager was the only one working all positions.

I didn’t like that the alarm clack was turned to the ON position and it woke me at 6am. I didn’t like that there were only 3 tissues left in the “only” box.

We loved the cleanliness of the whole hotel. It still had that ‘new construction’ aroma.

They were short on staff so our room was not available until after we returned from having supper. We were surprised there was no elevator to reach the upper floors. We were thankful we had minimal luggage to haul up and down the stairs.

One of the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, she provided important information for getting a ride at 3:30am, it turned out was a police officer! None

The room was very clean very nice had accessories in the room that I use everyday the furniture was comfortable.

The drinks were high priced and food you can purchase.

The room was great. The staff was excellent.

There was suppose to be a lounge and restaurant. The restaurant not open. The next morning we went for breakfast and there was hardly any food. They said they had a wedding group there before and most of the food was eaten by them.

Breakfast was fair. We liked the location. Bed was comfortable. Danielle at the front desk was wonderful.

The breakfast was very good! Lots to choose from!! The hotel was right on the main highway, which made it easy to find!!!
