Clean simple comfortable. For a bargain hotel it’s really nice. It’s not 5 star Hilton but it’s all you need for a night or two. Beds comfy , nice sheets, good water pressure, yummy breakfast.

Pool broken still but they upgraded our room to hot tub with the jets. We just said “oh no pool still broken ! We stayed here before. “ staff was lovely she just upgraded us and still gave us lowest price. We did NOT expect that.

The check in was quick and easy. The location was perfect for what we had planned; going to the state fair in Grand Island and the Pioneer Village. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just right.

There was no daily housekeeping. We never had trash pickup or fresh towels in our 4 day 3 night stay. A quick vacuum would have also been welcome, and bedmaking is usually a talk I am used to being done. I was disappointed that, even though we saw maid carts every day, our rooms remained untouched. .

We like the early hour for breakfast. Love that you do not use styrofoam bowls, cups, or plates for your breakfast. Also really like that you use refillable containers for the shampoo and body wash - no plastic. Yay!

Bed was a bit stiff, but that's a personal thing.

Upgraded rooms with ease

TV had issues, couldn't hardly watch anything without it cutting in and out, pool and hot tub were closed but booking never said anything about it

Easy to find this hotel that was perfect for our needs. Gentlemen who checked us in were very nice and efficient.

Had an extra charge for a room that was unavailable but was given a refund very quickly which was much appreciated.

Always reliable and meet expectations with AmercInn. The property is well laid out and exterior being painted. The stairs are easily accessed

It was very affordable and clean.

Breakfast was sub par. The bathroom needs to be updated, there are rust spots on the vents in the bathroom, it doesn't have a bathroom fan to take out the steam. Therefore, when you open the bathroom door, your room gets flooded with humidity and it's hard to cool it down after that.

It is a clean, very nice Inn. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Good size room. Comfortable mattress.

Would have appreciated the 2nd set of curtains for more privacy and to muffle street sounds.

It would have been nice to have something that a plant based eater could participate in.ie; almond milk, fresh fruit non dairy creamer Etc

For the price maybe a working pool or hot tub
