Awesome breakfast, and OMG the pillows are amazing. It’s completely worth the money you spend on this place, the staff is great the food is delicious and the atmosphere is incredible, live soft music in the evenings makes it feel so cozy and relaxing. The location is so close to shopping and entertainment, the parking is safe and the only thing I would add is just not enough grass for pets near the property, there’s a small area in a very busy intersection that crossing with pets is unsafe, but other than that I’ll definitely be back!

Not enough grass for pets, the closest green area is across a busy intersection and freeway, my dogs where very nervous with the fast driving cars and it was difficult for them to “go” crossing the street was challenging but managed

A very great hotel, with pool and gym. My room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Cleanliness is very important, if you want there is room service every day. A great advantage was the possibility to do laundry in the hotel's laundromat. Washing and drying cost just 170 pesos. The breakfast buffet was very rich and you could have additional omlettes prepared. The dishes a la carte were also very good. From traditional dishes to burgers, everything was there. In my opinion, the Hyatt is highly recommended.

Great location next to a lovely city park with walking paths. The bar and restaurant on site were very nice and good options. The buffer breakfast was very good. Also, on site free parking in monitored garage.

Cost for pet was quite high, $2000 pesos for one night.

The property was very good everything look well maintained and the people that work there where very nice!

it is a neat, clean and modern hotel, the staff is doing its best to settle in as it is only 4 months since opening.

just be patient as a few things are not as it should be, they will soon be at Hyatt standard. funny example: the barman didn’t find the corkscrew and needed to get one from his car.
