There are 2 building sites, one directly either side of the hotel, which would have been useful to know before we booked. Be warned. Once these have been completed, it should be quieter. Hotel is in a residential zone with private villas all around. Empty in Oct when we visited, not so much in August I’m sure. Hotel is beautiful in its design. Chic, small and indeed ‘boutique’ in feel. Dinner was delicious. Wine reasonably priced. Rooms on first floor, well appointed although on the small side with limited storage. Sea views are limited ie you can see it through the trees. Staff helpful. Poolside - you can only access via the restaurant. Pretty design. Comfy sunbeds. As I say above, not so quiet at the moment . Nice walk into town.

Building sites next door. Never worth the price if you have to pay full price for the rooms.

We were in Cadaques during the off-season, and the hotel appeared to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, but still walkable to shops and restaurants. We had great views of the garden and distant views of the ocean from our bedroom and the aesthetics of the hotel were very pleasant. They have a restaurant that serves complementary breakfast, and has a paid dinner menu (and maybe lunch too). Overall, it was a good experience, and the staff were very friendly. The only word of caution I have is the layout of the room and the discomfort of spending time in the room. There was very little surface areas that we could unpack our suitcases and only one chair to sit on. We were there for two nights and we felt the room to be crammed mostly b/c of what I mentioned. If you are a very light traveler (one small carry-on bag), you likely won’t mind. We had two carry-on bags and another that was slightly larger than a carry-on and we felt crammed. .

Bedroom was excellent, breakfast was very good, great to be able to park, although a little bit off the beaten track, it was only a 15 min walk into the centre - where parking was very difficult. The staff were very helpful recommending and booking a table in the excellent Es Balconet restaurant for us.

The fact that it was sold as an adults only hotel,but there were a couple of children… one was in the room next to us and insisted on running up and down the corridor and when we highlighted this to the receptionist she just smiled and said it was as an exception! Whilst we are not against children at all, if you sell something on a promise and it isn’t as promised then that is misrepresentation ☹️☹️. We didn’t check out the Spa.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! The pool is very quiet and comfortable! The rooms are small but well furnished and with a great large shower, on the ground floor a nice little patio garden! It’s a nice 15/20min walk along the cost to the center of Cadaques which was nice after dinner to walk home!

The food is not great. We had a terrible Caesar salad for lunch drenched in a not classic Caesar sauce. The breakfast is nice but for the price of the night it could be better, for example with more choice like pancakes or poached eggs.. after two days the breakfast got a bit boring. I would also suggest you should give the option of not getting new towels/bath mats every day. For sustainable reasons!

Brand new hotel, great design…from the building itself, through to the furniture, art, tableware, garden, gorgeous swimming pool, great playlist! Restaurant is excellent too although as only 15 min walk into Cadaques where there are dozens of restaurants and bars, we were spoilt for choice. The staff were amazing - really friendly, attentive, relaxed. Highly recommend.

Genuinely hard to find anything to criticise except minor details - not enough towel hooks/space for clothes/luggage in the bedrooms.

Friendly staff, great restaurant, convenient parking inside the facility, the weather was great, and I got a lot of nice tips from the hotel crew. One of the hicking trails that I did was beautiful and now I am planning to come back during summer.

I wish I could have booked more restaurants. Everything was hectic, and a list with good restaurant recommendations would have added a nice touch.

The place is beautifully decorated, relaxed, and well designed. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I felt very taken care of. The pool is lovely surrounded by plants and flowers. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, I loved my terrace and didn't tire from the view. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre but it's a lovely walk and the views are incredible. being close to two small beaches was a plus.

This is a small and new hotel, which is very boutique. We had an enjoyable stay. We loved our efficient but with attention to detail design room. The garden and pool are just wonderful.

The area around the hotel is a construction site so not very quiet or clean.

Every thing was perfect except the room was not properly done the next morning. Suggestion: would appreciate to have tea and big cups in room as well as a kettle.

Beautiful outdoor pool and garden, small and upscale boutique feel. Breakfast had a nice selection. Comfortable bed.

Located a 20 minute walk out of town, which usually would be lovely but when we visited it was rainy and windy.
