The room is spacious and amazingly clean. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Facilities are complete and well maintained. The foods for room service nasi goreng kampung is must try. it is delicious with originally recipe. -The location is just near by the recreational park Dataran Rindu Alam (Perlis Geopark) as you can enjoy for morning run and enjoy the fresh air with green view Bukit Lagi geopark.

Limited options for breakfast. Please improve the taste of nasi lemak...very mild.

The hotel environment and the emenities were very good compared to other HSM franchises, but except Seremban one. Our stay is so relaxing and enjoyable. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort as well as the value of adequate spaces and adorable and calming environment.

The air conditioner unit operating in my room made me a little uncomfortable because it made some noise, probably because of the old condition of the air conditioner.

Added provision on room hospitality specifically a single settee chair and the waste bin for the room.

Firstly, the 'small' plastic stirrer stick doesn't able to serve well on making of the coffee drink. It bent after slight moment of stirring!. Secondly, the tap for the wash hand basin is TOO short for a proper washing.

The room is clean and spacious. Pool are the main attraction for my kids. Even I enjoyed swimming there. The bed and the blankets are comfy for me and my kids.

The toiletries could be added as extra mile. Just a simple tooth brush and tooth paste should be enough.

The staff was nice, the amenities basic but it gets the job done.

The food is quite bad. Considering Perlis is a small town O had expected better food - like maybe made with love and passion by the locals. They cant even fry egg properly 😛

The hospitality was excellent, strategic location, far from roadside. The room given was spacious, ironing board and iron were provided as well.

Low shower pressure, noisy aircond sometimes the water from aircond splashed out while we were sleeping.

The room was so comfortable and friendly with users. The receptionists were so kind and professional while doing their tasks. The pool is clean and big and can fix more people at one time.

Hotel management needs to add more light or change the color of the light because the room feels dark. The guest must turn on all the lights while staying in the room during the day.

As with any other Seri Malaysia hotels, the room is quite big...it can easily fit us...the family room has 1 queen and 1 single bed which is enough for us to be comfortable...the pool is good and the breakfast is nice...

Not many variations on the breakfast buffet menu...the single toaster is quite troublesome to use especially when you have a lot of people having breakfast at the same time...other than that, everything was ok...

The staff is friendly but not every staff is helpful

Asked for a hairdryer and i called registration counter unfortunately I needed to find the staff by myself and there was no contact number provided. End up i decided not to use that.
