The staff were very professional and helpful at all times. They were willing to accommodate when requests were made. I love the quiet hours put in place. I didn’t have to worry about late night noise next door or kids running around above our room. We relocated to the 3rd floor the second night to avoid noise above. Non smoking rooms are great as well. I cherish my lungs.

Broken or missing items in room. No phone, a night light missing, water leaking under AC (carpet wet), refrigerator door shelves missing, TV loose on wall (couldn’t adjust position) and hot in the hallways.

The lady at the front dest was the sweetest ever! The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pullout bed we're both very comfy.

Only thing I didn't like was that the pool wasn't open. My kids were really excited to go swimming which is why I got a room with a pool but couldn't swim.

Facility was well maintained. Front desk lady was wonderful. She was sweet and professional. Made checking in a breeze.

They ran out of breakfast pretty fast. There was a lady running around helping to stock everything, making sure we had what we needed. She was great, very helpful and friendly.

Property was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds and a great, roomy shower.

The booking.com site stated that there was a kitchenette in our room. There most definitely was NOT. We went down to the front desk thinking we had been put in a wrong room and the worker told us that it happens often, and they aren’t sure why they advertise it that way since NONE of the rooms have one at this hotel. There was a tiny mini fridge, not even the dorm room sized ones.

Location near the ballpark, large suites for our family, beds were comfortable, everything was clean.

Air conditioner had great difficulty in cooling the room in hundred degree heat. Our tv remote did not work. We called twice and both time the front seat said someone would be up in a few minutes. They never came. We were never able to even turn the TV on while there. Breakfast was very subpar.

LIKED LAYOUT OF ROOM, VALUE WAS EXECELLENT!! STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS VERY NICE. WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME I AM THERE TO VISIT !!

The location was perfect. It was close to everything we were there to do.

You had to ask to have your room cleaned daily. We had to put our trash and towels outside our rooms then get clean towels and trash bags at the front desk.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and roomie. Loved the soaps they provided. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nothing everything was great.

Everyone from the first point of contact Kim and all the front desk agents were very Professional, Polite and Helpful. We always come and stay for Spring Break and other Family events if I'm traveling in.
