I saw lots of negative comments before checking in so I was a bit afraid of this hotel. But actually it was very nice. I didn’t experience any problems of the equipments in the room. The staffs are very nice as well. I woke up at 6 to see the hot balloons from the terrace. However I decorated by myself with the pillows placing inside. The view from the dining area is stunning.

First night 10 pm trying to find food at the near restaurants. But the nearest one was closed. When trying to walk to another one in the town we chased by lots of dogs in a small dark valley. It was horrible and we ran back to the hotel.

The suites were beautiful and spacious. Just like in pictures. The staff were very friendly and kind. The reception person dropped us off at the city centre in his car, which was a nice gesture. The view in the mornings are amazing as you can see the hot air balloons. There is also a restaurant just 20m away with good views and good food. The cookies at breakfast were delicious! This property is in cavusin, so getting a taxi or public transport may be difficult, need to walk almost 900m to get to the main road to get a taxi and goreme town centre is around 3km.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. And the room can get a bit stuffy in summer, as there is not enough ventilation given it is built like a cave room. Otherwise overall it was a good stay and we liked it.

First time to experience cave hotel and it was super nice. Great location with walking distance to restaurants and shops, amazing view, the stuff is SUPRR nice and help us for anything we need ( transportation, hot air balloon reservation, even drive me to ATM when I run out of cash 😆）, everybody there is like a family, highly recommended !

For anyone who would have high standard for fresh air in the room - It’s authentic cave style so humidity in the room right after shower might be a bit high… but that’s the whole point of Cappadocia isn’t it ? Go enjoy !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prime Cappadocia suites and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s ambiance was charming, complemented by its warm and welcoming staff. Location-A Hill top which has free access to a cave castle area you can explore (The city of Cavusin). This hotel is located bit further from the Goreme city, but this is the best location to watch the hundreds of balloons. You can explore the Cavusin cave castle area (free) which is very much like Uchisar but not that famous. Also there is a historic house you can visit and see how people Back then lives in cave houses in Cavusin. Location-A cave hotel in style View-This hotel has a hotel which has a terrace which you can watch hundreds of balloons flying and Do a nice photoshoot too Facilities-We arrived early and they allowed us check in at 7.30 am since the room we booked was vacant People-Staff was very friendly and flexible. It was something more than a typical hotel stay

On the first day the breakfast was very meager. At 09.00 plates were empty, food was cold. We shared our thoughts with personal later and the next morning the breakfast was much better, thanks for the quick reaction :) Also we asked to change the lightbulb, but unfortunately it was not done. The hotel territory was not enough clean, a lot of cigarette stubs and rubbish.

Location is perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Outside of the centre of goreme but some restaurants and little shops nearby. Terrace was brilliant. Views are to die for - you can see loads! Breakfast was nice. Shower was lovely.

WiFi not great especially in the room. Need to sit in restaurant to be able to use your phone. No aircon in the room, given a fan instead. Room is very hot and quite uncomfortable to sleep. Beds were OK, could be softer.

The hotel is very near to the Ballons take off and you can appreciate them during breakfast. Is about 4km away from Gröme center so you need to take a taxi most of the times. The hotel staff were very nice and they called a taxi when we need it and booked the activities for us (Air Ballon). The room was big and clean, with everything there. And the breakfast very delicious

Breakfast starts at 08:30 so if you are leaving early like we did, you dont have the chance to eat at the hotel.

Wowza! This place is amazing! Before arrival we considered upgrading our room, and on check in we asked if we could do so! We were shown the options of rooms available and we were given the upgrade for free! It was so sweet. Also, if you’re here to see the hot air balloons from the ground.. this is the place. The balloons take off soo close to the hotel and we got the most amazing experience and photos. We stayed two nights so we had two opportunities to see the balloons and I’m just so thankful we stayed there. We were considering staying in Göreme as that’s where most people go but this town is much better, the second day we went out the balloons went in the opposite direction… anyway, back to the hotel. I was concerned about the heat in the rooms as the days were sooo hot and I saw some reviews comparing about heat at night. We stayed in a cave suite and it was fine! There was a window we were able to keep open and we also left the door open for a little while when we came in for some fresh air to flow though and it was perfectly comfortable, even slept with the blankets over us! The staff here are also amazing, so helpful and kind and even took us to the airport. It was an all around amazing time.

The location is amazing for seeing the balloons. The room was also nice and looks like it does in the pictures + breakfast was good.

The room does not have ventilation, only a fan. Temperature was okay (even in summer), but clothes felt a little moist because of the lack of ventilation. The room is true to the pictures, but the clenliness and general upkeep could be a little bit better.
