Excellent Breakfast, room upgrade with mountain view, spa.

The swimming pool water a bit too cold for my liking!

Room was very good with a balcony and mountain view, electrical fireplace in the room - very romantic in the evening, spacious room enough for us, extra bed for our son was already prepared, check-in was fast and efficient, breakfast very good and well planned with different rooms for people even thought the hotel was fully booked. Nice restaurants. Excellent coffee for breakfast. Excellent location - all other activities, hiking, tourist center etc. within easy walking distance. Very good for small children, a lot of playing facilities, Magic land, animation staff etc. Very good and well equipped gym. Very good spa and swimming pool, wet sauna is unlike many of this kind with good temperature and constant steam supply.

Transparent door to the bath room, not very convinient.

I enjoyed everything. It was my son's birthday and they had a very nice surprise. Breakfast was awesome. The SPA is fabulous even the water was a little bit cold. The room was cozy, nice and clean. The staff, especialy Robert and Bianca from the reception wereazing. Robert was the architect of the surprise for our son. He is the best!

- gym room need improvment: equip for leg; some of the tools are missing; one wall watch to be provided - something what is out of hotel personel control: a lot of guests with bad behivor as they do not show respect for others and during the night they made big noise, sometime you can see in the morning during the breakfast same atitude; this will be the reason why I'll never come back, despite that this was 5th time. - for the car owners: parking lots are limited

Excellent view of Poiana Braşov and the mountains! Very spacious apartment with everything we could've wished for. The resort has all the amenities and services for a perfect stay. Swimming pool, sauna, 4 restaurants with traditional and international dishes, skiing equipment rentals, skiing instructors available, parking valet, and an excellent concierge service.

The apartment wasn't cleaned very well, and the water wasn't warm enough even for a shower in the second bathroom, but everything was sorted out following a call at the concierge. The swimming pool staff was rude when asked if additional pool chairs were available, when all were occupied.

we stayed at the 2 bedrooms parament and it was huge ! very comfortable rooms and beds, very clean and speciose bathrooms a very large Livingroom and great balcony. breakfast was very nice. the staff iv very welcoming and helpful

Rooms look great, lovely design, spacious, clean, mini bar available, nice products in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good! There were plenty of choices. The rooms were nice and clean however closer attention needs to be paid to the bathroom. (The towel rack was broken and so was the shower head, they were both falling out of the wall when touched).

There was a party downstairs and people were yelling and the music was blasting. You would expect that anywhere else. However, when you pay no less than 600 lei a night and travel with small children you do not expect that. We have been here before but this has only happened on our last visit.
