The entire staff is very kind. We stayed in room 301, very big and clean. Breakfast is buffet with hot food and is a free shuttle bus to airport. Nearby is a 7/11 store and also Money exchange opens 24 hours.

On the second day no one cleaned the room at least to pick up the trash.

We were greeted at the airport by a member of staff as they offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Despite our flight being changed and also late, they were more than happy to accommodate these changes to schedule. The staff were fantastic The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located so close to the airport which was a godsend after our horrendous journey. Breakfast was a buffet with loads of options. Just down the road (about 5 mins walk) there is a 7/11.

A little noisy as by a main road but considering how close we were to the airport it was really nothing major. The curtains in the shower were a little dirty and could do with being replaced but the shower itself was clean.

The airport pickup was good, but we had to wait a while for the van. The room was nice, but dated, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. It is a convenient place to stay, close to Cebu airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend for a short stay if you need a convenient place near the airport.

We waited a bit too long for the airport pickup. I don't think that the van is dispatched until the greeters actually make contact with you, since they are close to the airport. They should dispatch the van shortly after the flight arrives.

We booked this accommodation due to the proximity and free shuttle bus to the airport, which was great (as we had an early morning flight and were able to catch the first shuttle of the day at 6am - although this sadly meant we missed breakfast). Our room was upgraded and it was spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower. We ordered room service, which they prepared quickly, and were able to accommodate my vegan dietary requirement. The food was adequate and we felt happy to have the option for room service after a long day of exploring and returning from Moalboal.

I had expected the airport transfers to be by request (as there was a form to pre-fill out with your flight details) so it was slightly disappointing that it was a shuttle on a schedule - but not a big deal. Overall we still enjoyed our stay. There was also some noise what I can only assume was a karaoke venue - but it wasn't too disruptive.

This hotel is very convenient for the airport, arrival or departure for one night. Both shuttle drivers were excellent and the shuttle is free. Our room was very "tired" and in need of renovation.... we picked a room with a balcony but it did not have a pleasant aspect, in hindsight a balcony is not needed, otherwise the room was okay for one night. WiFi in rhe room was very poor. The corridors were very dark... not pleasant. Breakfast, buffet style with an egg station was adequate but a bit crowded. In summary, okay and good value for an overnight stop. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Room need some TLC.....

I recently stayed at your hotel for a night and overall had a very positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for it is very close to the airport. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a good selection of hot and cold options. The location is super close to the airport. We had an early morning flight so this was a great idea to get a room close to the airport. We were able to get into both rooms right away upon check-in, the rooms were ready. We pick up my husband in the evening and they dropped us all off again in the morning. Check-in and check-out was smooth. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean with hot shower and bidet.

The other room where my mom and kids stayed in was super warm that they had to request a fan because the AC wasn't enough. I told them in advance that there will be 3 people in the other room but they didn't add the extra bed in advance, although they were quick to do so.

Provided shuttle services for all guests 24 hours, which was great. Breakfast buffet was limited but was delicious.

I could hear loud banging of doors outside my doors late at night. They need to provide soundproofing or a door stopper to prevent deafening noises when it's banging on the walls. I could even hear some staff talking and laughing uncontrollably at the hallways of my room in the middle of the night. Also, I wish they could provide amenities like bath gels or lotions.

The hotel’s accessibility to the important places I needed to go to was commendable. The bed was also spacious enough for me to invite 2 teenager nephews/niece for 2 nights. Breakfast tasted good and it satisfied my Filipino food craving.

They forgot to clean up my room after asking and reminding them twice. At first, my request was beyond the time limit of room makeup, so I just moved it to the next day. But when I came back in the evening, my room was still not cleaned. I wanted to have it made up before my husband arrives at midnight.

From my initial booking until checkout, the staff were very helpful. Booked the hotel for just one night and took advantage of the free shuttle to/from the airport. Loved that the hotel is conveniently close to the airport so pick up and drop off was timely. The air conditioning in the room took a little time to get cold but everything else was good.

Apparently there was an outage with the satellite for the television in the area, it would have been nice to have been told at check in.
