Beautiful, working estate set in the ideal Tuscan settling

Really need a car as you are in the middle of nowhere! Lack of communication with guests regarding greeting, set up, gates, restaurant closed, facilities. We fumbled around and had to ask a lot of questions to get dinners, lunches. Staff not on site all the time The chicken manure smell - constant for whole trip Need more activity and ideas for guests to really enjoy there Tuscan experience

This place offers an amazing Tuscan atmosphere – truly capturing the charm of the region. Everything is spotless, the breakfast is very good, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at prices typical for this kind of establishment. The staff at the reception are extremely helpful – upon our arrival, we were even offered a meal, which was a wonderful gesture after the journey. Highly recommended!

Amazing location with the best staff. Valerio especially was really professional and nice to us, we really appreciated him during our stay. The rooms were so clean, every single corner was spotless with a very comfortable mattress. The breakfast was delicious, containing a wide variety of foods to fit every taste. It was a really nice experience in the Italian countryside allowing us to recharge our batteries.

The villa is amazing! Exactly what I had been looking for in a Tuscan get away! The property is beautiful and well-kept. We were there off-season and still the grounds looked lovely. The staff were above and beyond for meals! The breakfast in the mornings were delicious and the staff were attentive to our tastes and preferences. The common areas of the hotel are a big plus for me, it's nice to have comfortable space outside of the room.

The property was perfectly managed. Landscaping was beautiful and precisely maintained. The chef and food preparation was exquisite and delicious! Our waitresses Leonita and Aurora were so very efficient, friendly and wonderful people! It felt as though I was walking inside a beautiful Italian painting!

I have absolutely no criticism whatsoever. Simply because everything was stunning.

The property is lovely. The staff was really friendly and the cats in the pictures… they really exist and are the cutest thing ever. After visiting Rome and before exploring Florence we wanted a place to relax and escape from our stressful lifestyle and we did it. We would love to come back. Breakfast is very good, with a lot of different things to try and the restaurant itself is extraordinary. We had dinner twice and both days were wow.

The location, facilities and staff were amazing. This felt very luxury and exceeded our expectations! The pool was just the best with incredible views, I will never forget it! Good location to see a variety of things all within an hours drive. It was so clean everywhere!

Bed and pillows were a little hard. Room was hot at night with no AC. When the doors/windows were open the farm dogs were barking constantly so couldn't sleep. Would have been a bonus if the pool was heated.

Absolutely gorgeous villa in a gorgeous setting. The food at the restaurant was amazing Nd the staff were so friendly and very attentive. The rooms were spotless. The view and the pool were stunning and Anja looked after us so well. Both Anja and Paola were great at communicating with us before our stay too so checking in was so easy. We had an incredibly relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed.

Wonderful location and perfectly maintained property with a lot of plants, a great infinity pool and beautiful views. Everything was sparkling clean inside our apartment and also outside. We had the most amazing sunsets that we could watch every day from our lovely terrace. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of things to chose from.

Amazing property with great views over the Tuscan hills. Spacious pool with great area around it to accommodate its guests. The room was extremely clean with quality bed linen. The breakfast was varied with both sweet and savoury options. We dined at the restaurant throughout our stay with delicious meals and great wine! We would definitely visit again in the near future! Highly recommended!
