The location was perfect, just off the Highway, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel felt new, the beds were comfortable, the room a good size. The bathroom was very nice, a big vanity, lighted mirror, walk in shower. Shampoo, Conditional and Body Wash were supplied in the shower. Breakfast was basic Continental style. Mini Waffle maker was a nice touch. The only thing we didn't care for was the Coffee.

The downside was this hotel is currently under construction. It's going through a major update. Our stay in one of the updated rooms was nice. Grab and go breakfast was enough to hold us until we found a restaurant. Felt terrible for check-in staff who had to keep explaining that the hotel website states it's under construction, 3rd party vendors like booking.com however do not. He was an ace at being cordial about it.

Because of construction there is literally no parking.

The rooms were very clean. Johnathan was very understanding when we voiced our concerns about how the outside and reception area looked.

The building was still under construction and we had reservations as to how the rooms, which were already completed, would be.

I don’t know how the hotel was because you guys double booked it and I didn’t stay there. You need to refund my money.

I would’ve loved to of stayed there except you double booked it. I still am asking for my money back because I never stayed there. Please fix this.

total mess with construction, no breakfast, et me reframe it was to grab and go, so I left at 4am. noise during the day with the construction, too much money for the real value of what have to offer, and no specification about this

Just off 95. Convenient for traveling. Quiet. Refurbished property. Breakfast was good. First time at a Hampton. I’ll be back.

It’s getting a facelift! Our room was brand new so comfortable and spacious. The bed was cozy and made for a great night’s sleep Appreciated the tenant coffee bar in the lobby

The mini fridge didn’t have a freezer for our ice packs

Breakfast was excellent many hot and cold choices. Staff was helpful and polite. They did not rush us our of the breakfast room. It was close to the highway and not far from the Petersburg National Battlefield where we visited in the morning........last battle of the Civil War, 70,000 dead and lasted for 9+ months Lee surrendered at Appomatax one week later

They were doing renovations

Me and my friend enjoyed staying at your hotel. We were up most of the night talking on the sofa .The rooms were so, clean, comfortable ,and relaxing ..cannot wait to come back .

Breakfast was ok considering grab and go because under renovation. Location ok.

Didn’t like the carpet in room. It could have been cleaner. It seemed a little musty.
