We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. Located in the immediate proximity to the Old Town and the green areas along the Wisla river (literally a one minute walk), the hotel offers quality services at a great price. Personnel is professional and friendly and provides all the necessary information. A reasonably priced parking space right in the hotel's backyard is a big advantage. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and a bathroom is big. We are very satisfied and will certainly stay there again if we come to Toruń - which is a beautiful city with a lot to see and explore.

Breakfast was somewhat limited in choice. We would not recommend to open windows because of many spiders trying to enter immediately. Air conditioning was a good solution. All in all, this didn't spoil the very positive experience we had.

Very modern interior of the building with lovely comfortable bedrooms. Very clean and spacious rooms which incorporate a sofa/living room area within the bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast in the mornings. The hotel is just a stone throw away from the old town which you could walk to within a couple of minutes. There is an onsite carpark which costs 35zl for 24 hours. Very handy if you are driving to the hotel. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

Whilst the car park is a decent size, if the hotel is full it can be difficult to find a free car parking bay.

Location - excellent. 5 mins to the old town. Breakfast - awesome, tasty and healthy food, spinach salad blew my mind. Kitchen staff was very nice and hospitable. Room - the best room in any 3-star hotel I have ever been. Really great! Clean and tidy, good beds, nice sofa and armchair. Bedroom and kind of living room are separated from each other. Very tough, dense curtains so there in no sun at 6 am shining in my eyes :D Bathroom is also very clean, and shower cabin is brand new. Highly recommend! I will be looking for Halo Hotel in other cities as well starting from now on.

Coffee during breakfast could be a bit of better quality. Or coffee machine.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily due to its perfect location close to the old town, with many markets nearby. The car park was convenient and reasonably priced at 35 PLN per day. We enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious room, and the cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no playground for kids either inside or outside the hotel, which was disappointing. Lastly, the breakfast felt overpriced for the limited options provided. Overall, while the hotel has great potential, attention to cleanliness and family-friendly amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable with a cozy living area and a separate bedroom. The design is simple but stylish, and I loved the attention to detail. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Vistula River and the Old Town, making it perfect for sightseeing. The hotel also offers parking, which was very convenient, and a great restaurant on-site. Traveling with my dog was no problem as the hotel is very pet-friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay!

The location was great. Just a 4 min walk to the new town and approximately 8 min walk to the old town. The hotel was clean. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything is new. Its a solid 3 star hotel. The furnishings are basic but nice. The paid parking lot is secure which is great. Front desk staff were very nice. We didn’t try the breakfast.

When we first entered room 306, there was a slight sewer odour. On the day of check out the odour was really bad. We had to open all the windows. The front desk had maintenance come up to the room. We couldn’t understand him so we are not sure where the odour was coming from.

The room was excellent and comfortable, and exceeded the expectations. The hotel is located in the old town, close to the all attractions. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

From my point of view trash baskets are very small for families especially with little babies. After 1 day of my staying they were full and in the morning, and I asked the staff to take out the trash, but they didn't. Then I had to ask again in the evening and we agreed that I go back to my room and put the trash near the door, that was not really convenient to do with a stroller.

Great location. Three minutes walk to the city center. Easy access by car and spacious parking on the hotel grounds. Professional and polite service. Clean, comfortable, modern room with everything you need (there is an electric kettle and a refrigerator). Good breakfast. It seemed to me that last year the choice was more varied. In any case, good value for money. We really like this hotel and will definitely choose it next time.

We travelled by car therefore spacious parking place was important (additional charge 35zl). Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Towels were big and soft. We have refrigerator in our room, which was important because it was hot outside. The old town was just around the corner. Breakfast was sufficient.

Everything was fine

Hotel Halo Toruń is from now on my preferred hotel in Toruń (and I stay in Toruń regularly). It's in a quiet street near the river, but also just a stone's throw from the centre. The room was enormous and comfortable, and my wife, a vegan, was delighted at the variety for breakfast.

Everything was way beyond my expectations - shame we were there for only one night!
