Our stuff was lost in hotel. Many days had pressed the cleaning room and cleaners don't come. My sons three pair of shoes sandal and his close were not found anymore . The animation program was very strange, inappropriate clothes same was in the children activities dressed in miniskirt and very seductive way. Food was OK . The only tasty thing was soup it was good everyday Bread and other pastry dry and not very tasty You could hear from the rooms all what is happening outside and how people screaming. Most of staff didn't speak English Hard to communicate.

We loved the food. It was phenomenal. so many different varieties that made us really wonder what to choose. it was all very delicious and available for 24 hours. The pools were nice and there were multiple slides to enjoy.

We didn't like the pools water temperature. We thought they were really cold for children. We are used to pools being at least 34c in the gym where children go for their swimming classes in the UK. but the pools at the hotel were way too cold. We also thought that the all-inclusive package should include the children's games but we had to pay £5 per game which was too expensive. night entertainment was basic, unprofessional and boring. I think they should invest more on professional performers.

It's a beautiful, clean and modern hotel with wonderful pool and waterpark facilities. The family rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food in the main restaurant was exceptional. There was a vast choice of food, including for vegetarians, and the pastry section was phenomenal, unlike in most other all inclusive hotels.

The entertainment in the evening wasn't great but the kids enjoyed the mini disco. The restaurant was exceptionally busy in the evenings so perhaps two sittings would work better to reduce the crowds and the stress for everybody. We didn't use the beach as the water was full of sediment and looked dirty, although the beach was well kept.

The staff are first class, and their attention to detail is impressive, I can't commend them enough. We have booked again in November hopefully the quality of clientele will have improved, if not it will be our last visit.

We have been going to the hotel for the last 3 years out of term time so few children around, but this time on our second day Jet2 arrived with families that didn't appreciate a 5* hotel, at best they were 3* quality who were willing to take their children out of school to enjoy an alcohol-fueled holiday.

great hotel, fantastic array of food and the quality was high too. really clean rooms, comfortable (we had a duplex room with our 2 children). Friendly staff.

the only thing I would say is that we had asked for a quiet room because of our young children and luckily we got one because the evening entertainment on the pool side of the hotel was very loud and could have made our holiday miserable with little ones! The only other thing is that the stairs in the duplex rooms make the most awful noise (very loud!). it sounded like elephants were living next door and we were woken a few times even though they probably weren’t intending to.

The hotel looks amazing, the design is special, the rooms are nice and spacious, lots of interest and attractions for all ages.

In many areas of the hotel the air conditioner does not work even though it is very hot.

This hotel by far exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved it and we’re constantly busy throughout the day. The service, cleanliness. Our experience as whole was beyond imagination.

I think the life guards need to be more attentive no glass around the pool area.

food was good but would love to have also plant based milk available at breakfast . I very much liked indoor pool of regular size, 25m long, could do my swimming workouts :), not many hotels have this kind of pools among their facilities

opening hours of gym were nowhere to find. I was told you could go any time but once i went after 20:00 and was closed which was disappointing. If I knew, I would plan my day differently to be able to do my training
