Amazing hotel apartment and better than hotel rooms. Very spacious. Kitchen facility also available. Good location The most important thing is Ms Sofia, the receptionist. Really amazing lady and always at our help. Arranged everything for us and very service oriented. Because of her we could have some activities during our stay and we extended our stay for one more day. Really impressed with her service and help. A good asset for the hotel. Much appreciated and keep the good work. Recommended for a wonderful experience in this super hotel apartment.

Strict check out times. Need to be little flexible so that guest can plan accordingly which is available in most of other hotels.

Location was great, very central, easy to find and access. Ample parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly helpful especially Sofia who took care of us from the moment we arrived at check in. She arranged many daily activities for us, communicated with leisure company providers on our behalf, made sure we are taken care of and had everything we asked for and needed. Highly recommend the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

It was at nice location and everything was very tidy and clean

We loved the spaciousness in the rooms as we were not able to find anything similar across Gudauri. Moreover the amenities such as the Spa were a perfect top off to the stay. Upon check in, the person at the reception who greeted us was very nice and helpful. We were also offered a free upgrade which was very nice of the hotel. The fact that the hotel is also a ski in ski out really made the ski experience very smooth, easy and enjoyable.

The kitchen equipment were not very clean and also there were no amenities to clean up the kitchen equipment such as dish soap or even a sponge. Also we felt a bit uncomfortable with the staff that were sitting around the corners. The view is more of a parking view, where if it was on the opposite side it would’ve been amazing. Overall, it was a pretty nice experience and I could definitely overlook any of the negatives and stay at the hotel again.

Location is just perfect, 50m out of your door and u r on the slope. Very warm welcome and very helpful at the front desk, they sort out anything we asked immediately. Room was always super warm, as all the hotel areas too. Room is very comfortable, perfect size, kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom also perfectly equipped, the washing machine is a great addition. Spa was great, facilities in amazing condition.

Noise from next rooms and corridors was very loud, even if someone was only talking. Didn’t bother that much though. There was indeed a smell from bathroom, but also didn’t bother us as much, the overall of the hotel was great.

Hotel is good for family. Perfect views. Taking a taxi to even closer to a supermarket or restaurant like 200 meters will cost 60 lari for going and coming back, which is very bad. Hotel arranged complementary cake for my child's birthday, which was truly a wonderful experience. Staff at reception overall is not good. Only one lady on reception is helpful and solution oriented. Breakfast was not value for money. Restaurant nearby is more good.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our trip as two families of four with children aged between 6 and 11 years old. The breakfast was realy good value and it was lovely to sit in the glass-roofed part and look out at the snow. There was also a lovely Georgian restaurant in the residences building which served great traditional Georgian fare and lovely local beers! Fantastic location, ski straight from the door. The ski depot in the hotel was super helpful and friendly, we found it to be very well-priced. We organised our instructors directly through them and they were really flexible when we needed more instructors for all of the different levels.

The restaurant was a bit hit and miss with opening. We weren't always sure whether it was open or not but it was lovely when open.

It was bigger that expected. One bed room and one living/ dining room with small pantry. All amenities required are there (also Shattaf which is great). View is partially on the mountain from our room and an amazing terrace that is perfect for a moment to relax and drink a coffee. For information, I don't ski so I cannot advise on that 😅. But if you want some cold and snowy weather, it is defintly a great place to stay.

Bring your laptop or any other device (along with HDMI cables) if you want to connect it to the TV and watch something as TV does not show anything. Supermarket are a bit far.

The breakfast is basic but there are plenty of options elsewhere. Having a washing machine really helped as you need to clean your stuff every day when you're skiing. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

Beds were a bit hard for me but the rest of the family slept well.

The rooms are clean and comfy (with a kitchen with almost all equipment), good location two mins walking from the slope (you need to ski down few more minutes (7 minutes walking) in order to get to the tickets shop/equipment rental). Good and free parking, over all good value for money.

The Jacuzzi is big and impressive but not super hot.
