The staff was very helpful and kind, all our requests or issues reported were solved immediately. The breakfast contained the same or similar meals mostly, the dinner had a fix and non fix part, but there were so many, that I can't imagine anyone leaving hungry, dessert corner for dinner was awesome (and my personal favourite, jelly for breakfast). Room was big enough, air-con was in the price and worked flawlessly, we had a balcony where we were able to dry our clothes. The closest beach was good, but the next beach to the right is much better, smoother sand and even less deepening. There is a local car hire nearby (at the closest beach, to the left), and it is not much highlighted that we were able to park in the hotel's car parking, which is quite big, though ~50-100m from the hotel (I am unsure though if it is also the case for the busiest late July - early August). Pool is not very small and deep enough to swim a bit.

We had no big issues, but there were some small issues solved at once at the reception, eg at towel change some of the towels were not replaced. Safe is for an extra 10€ for a week, and it is quite small (the island is safe though, I just like to have a safe for the sake of superstition). For me it was not an issue, but dishes can get cold in the later period of dinner/breakfast. Bus station is not very close, but it is the price for the sea being quite close. Cabinet has limited number of shelves, but there are other furniture with enough shelves and room for everything (we didn't fill up all of them).

The room was big and beds were comfortable. We got a super massive king size double so we had a lot of space. Air con worked very well and the pool by our room was not crowded like in the main area. They had almost every night some type of entertainment which I thought I wouldn’t be very much interested but then I realised how good the performers were so I enjoyed every one of them. The hotel is just by the beach and there are shops and stuff to do nearby. I really liked the food also, we stayed a week and didn’t feel like we were repeating too much. They changed every day the menu and the food was good. Some veggie options as well. I asked for oat milk as I take normal milk and Eva was very kind in bringing it out every time. She was very nice to us and made us feel really comfortable! Always with a smile and making sure everyone is happy.

The gym was very outdated. Needs some new gear.

Very slippery poolside. All inclusive quite restrictive.... with what drinks inclusive for example. But lovely staff and in general very happy with the service and holiday

I start with the best thing, the food was amazing at the hotel. I also heard from other guests that they returned here because of the delicious meal. We spend a lot of time at the property's playground with our children. We also had an own jacuzzi next our apartment.

As we were further from the main building in the apartments, the WiFi signal was very weak. The car parking was OK, but a bit messy, I guess some water pipes were just lying on the ground and the guest have to go through them with their cars.

Great location, close to beach, stores, restaurants and some attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was awesome, so many delicious dishes to choose from.The cocktails and the live shows excited our evenings. Honestly it was hard to leave that place.

Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough in our room, but we aren’t complaining.

The hotel is located in a nice and lively area. There are two beautiful beaches nearby. Absolutely excellent staff throughout the hotel. Everyone works at 150% to ensure the best service - the bartenders and waiters are incredible. A big shout out to the hotel chefs, all the food was absolutely amazing. A big thank you to the great receptionist Maria, who helped us a lot in many things, as we were not on vacation with a travel agency but on our own.

The only downside is the large concentration of British tourists who are sometimes really inconsiderate (they occupy the sunbeds by the pool even though it is located elsewhere, they waste food, they act superior, etc.), but of course it depends on the particular person or family and the hotel is not to blame.

Really perhaps the only problem is the wi-fi, which basically only works at the reception and very slowly. Outside the reception it does not work at all.

It was first vacation with out baby and we had a great time. The room has all the facilities to prepare baby formula and food - kettle, microwave, fridge, stove etc. The saff loves children and everyone was very nice. The pools are fantastic - both big and baby paddling pool. They are not too deep so the water heats quickly, so baby could enjoy splashing too. Hotel was very close to the beaches. Relatively easy to go everywhere with a pram There was some entertainment in the pool area on some of the nights and it was a nice bonus. Food was varied, breakfasts were standard choice with some variety of British food like in most resorts. Dinners offered some Greek and international dishes. There was something different every night - we stayed for a week and nothing was a repeat. The baclava for dessert was great. Lots of fresh and cooked veggies and different types of meat every night. Gyros was nice. Food exceeded my expectations and I gladly tried lots of Greek dishes.

Wi Fi did not work in the suites as well as in the common areas

Suitable for families. Clean facilities. Good choice of food served daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Entertainment a few times a week. Air conditioning in rooms. Good value

Would have been nice to have more choice of fruit at breakfast but minor detail as continental and hot food available so plenty of choice.

The food was just amazing at the hotel. The room was clean. The receptionist and also the other staff were very kind. The property's playground was very safe

The evening shows were very loud in our room and lasted too long.
