Stunning views, nice location! Beds and rooms very comfortable.

De quality and mostly the experience of the breakfast is a bit disappointing for this kind of a hotel. Small cups of tea and glasses orange juices, small basket of bread, no quality cheeses, restaurant overpriced according to the food they serve for lunch. The food in general in Greece is excellent and cheap so a suggestion to improve the breakfast and food. Staff could be more attentive to little things, taking into account the hotel prices, like a bigger glass of welcome drinks, letting you to have a seat while checking in, forgot to bring tea and water to the room, just two little bottles of water etc etc.

The views are spectacular from every part of the hotel, we could park our car right next to our room, the design is very thoughtful of the surroundings and it’s very peaceful.

Not sure if this is a Greek hotel group as they there wasn’t much effort to give guests a Greek experience i.e. Greek music playing or the staff always speaking to us in English even though we were speaking Greek to them. It looks authentic but doesn’t feel like it. Sometimes felt like the staff were under pressure or short staffed.

The hotel is arranged like a tiny village where everybody has their own private space. It is beautifully located high above the ionian sea, offering breathtaking sunsets on the balcony and on the terrace restaurant. the staff (from manager to the waitresses) were unbelievably polite and welcoming. We really felt at home! the restaurant is also excellent and we found nothing better in the Areopoli surroundings. For equally delicious food, you will have to travel to Stoupa or Kardamili ;-) In summary, a dream of a hotel, 100% recommendable! Dare to stay more than just two nights - we had never stayed longer in hotels before and we loved the laid back feeling of having a "home" for an entire week. Our 5 month old baby was also lovingly taken care of - the kitchen offered to make fresh fruit- or vegetable purees so he could try his first solid foods.

There was literally nothing to complain about!

Located at an amazing place, next to a cliff with spectacular peripheral view. The room was clean spacious and every single second you feel that you have your privacy during your stay. The staff and Panagiota the hotel manager, were the “epitome of Greek hospitality”! Professional, friendly and explainable and every time you need assistance, they are available with big Greek smile for you. The food was made with presence and love, with traditional local plates and a great breakfast to start your sunny day. There is a cool Spa as well with nice energy.

There is honestly nothing negative about my experience. Maybe my personal decision to stay just for one night, that was not enough to fully experience the place.

Everything was more than we expected! From the 2 room suite, architecture and design to the services, relaxing spa, great free breakfast options and two pools. Also snack bar and dinner menus were excellent! And we tried almost everything… The sea view from up there and great location. The drive to Limeni or Areopoli was a short distance. All the Staff members are super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home! Special thanks to the manager Panagiota and front office supervisor Sotiria!

There was nothing negative.

The location on the Mani peninsula was spectacular, with amazing sunsets. The apartment was so beautifully designed & the breakfasts were delicious. However what made it even more special were the staff - so attentive & helpful, exuding the Greek way of hospitality & warmth. When our car broke down they sorted out everything & we had a replacement caf within 12 hours. I’d highly recommend the Aria Estates.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Gorgeous, immaculately cared for both inside and out, every detail attended to. Amazingly beautiful setting and design. From the Hotel Manager, Panagiota, to every person we interacted with, the level of professionalism and hospitality was outstanding. We felt especially welcomed and were treated as if they were completely willing to do whatever they could to make our stay wonderful. And it was!

Not a thing!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The scenery is beautiful. The food is delicious. The staff - Pangiota , Anastasia, Mila and Stavros are all friendly, helpful and absolutely nothing is too much trouble.

There was nothing to improve on.

The most beautiful setting you could ever imagine. All of the staff are so lovely and the rooms and communal areas are stunning. We got engaged here and it just couldn’t have been more perfect.

We didn’t hire a car which was okay for us as local taxis are available but if we stayed again (which we hope we will) we would recommend a car.

Dexameni Beach of Limeni is breathtaking, and the closest town of Areopoli is charming, but they are limited on good quality dining options. Tip: the hotel food at their Horizon restaurant is simply incredible.
