I loved my stay at the Home2Suites in Towson! The hotel has plenty of amenities and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We picked this hotel because of the great ratings from others and the fact that it was pet friendly. It's very clean for a pet friendly location and there is a mini dog park conveniently across the street. One of the best things about this location was all of the shops, restaurants, and a Whole Foods within walking distance! The garage is paid parking but, if you have an EV or Hybrid, there are chargers located in there for your convenience.

I was told the hotel tends to be fully booked on the weekends and no lies were told! It was packed which created a bit of a line at the front desk and lots of traffic at the pool and other common areas however, the guests and staff were still friendly and courteous.

My stay was awesome! The staff were very kind and courteous. Big shout out to Jazaya! She did an excellent job and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Check-in and check-out were seamless. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay a good one. My room was exceptional. Very clean and very comfy! Breakfast was good. We did spend time at the pool. It, too, was clean and nice.

My only issue during my stay was with the indoor pool. It was freezing! This would have been great if it were an outdoor pool, but coupled with the air from the facility, it was a bit too much. Once we got out, we definitely didn't want to get back in.

Property was beautiful! Rooms were clean and huge! I enjoyed my stay. Trudie at the front desk made the experience awesome! She was professional and extremely accommodating going above and beyond to tend to every and any ask especially when several parties asked for an early check in. Even when it wasn’t available she did her due diligence to assist everyone with kindness and great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

The food election was great. The layout was functional and it was easy to get what I wanted. The food stations and seating area were very clean. The elevators moved quickly to the floors and there was not a long wait for them to get to my floor.

It was challenging to temporarily park so I could check in. The street is narrow and it is busy. I ended up using the valet because I did not want to walk from the parking garage after my drive there.

We loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was and that the other guests were all courteous and considerate during our stay as well.

There is no free parking and it's hard to find a spot on the street. The hotel does offer validated parking at a garage nearby and the prices aren't too bad.

Breakfast was good. The facility was very clean and most of the staff was very customer friendly.

Our remote control didn’t operate the tv well and I notified the front desk. They sent someone to the room but once staff left-it still didn’t work. Do, I didn’t bother calling back. I was frustrated

Great breakfast and the room was great for myself and my 2 grown kids. Wish we had had more time there to enjoy all the amenities available.

Last morning there ran out of toilet paper and requested more and never received.

Breakfast was good. My sole disappointment was the cleaning of our room. We stayed 5 nights. I had to ask for the maid service to come in on both days we were scheduled for maid service.

The staff were all lovely. Valet service was great. Room was super comfortable.

The gym could use a few more different types of machines, and the pool hours should be longer. At least open at 7am not 9.

Breakfast was great at 6AM one day, next day I had it at 9:45AM and it was still really good even when close to the end.
