Location is perfect. Rooms are clean. Felt our car was safe from vandalism (it's happened at hotels before), Jim, Ann, and Jimmy were very accommodating to my handicapped needs. Breakfast was hot and tasty. They have recliners in handicapped room and I had a nice shower chair that held my heavy weight. They had a nice laundry room for us to do our laundry. Property is super clean, parking lot is the cleanest I've ever stayed at.

Very limited on selection of breakfast foods, all carbs and protein, no fruits, or yougarts. My recliner chair kept dropping/falling the legs, they wouldn't stay up for long and the chair was very uncomfortable. There was nothing else that bothered us. Had a great experience.

a few bugs

really enjoyed this motel, the owners where nice, and the rooms where comfortable. loved the bible in the room also the recliner chair was a great touch. the water pressure was excellent and as hot as you wanted it. the pool was clean and well maintained. and the hot breakfast items was good also............ not a huge amount but satisfying,

maybe extend the breakfast hours until 10:30, like to sleep in when on vacation. also, the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but it was doable for the time we were there.

Breakfast needs whole milk plain yogurt. Any yogurt might be better than none. Eggs are not eggs. It got us full, and the coffee has caffeine. Mgmt responded well to the heater odor (first time used in the fall). Mgmt cleaned the coils and remaining nights were happy 😊 face. I don't give 5 star ratings easily, so this was a good stay.

That heater odor (but it was cured promptly). No yogurt at breakfast. Eggs are obviously not eggs. Other breakfast items did the trick. Pillows and mattress are hard. My roomy was ok with 'firm' mattress. We will never be back to Branson but would stay here if we were.

This was a clean room. A spacious room worthy of a king. It was such a lovely room. The room was simple yet lovely. Especially for the price.

The staff was new and I find it rather tedious to have to give the hotel my personal information twice. This night I got a new associate so it took forever to get my room even longer than it normally takes. It should be a quick and easy transfer of information. Asking for a person license plate for a single night and taking my information is just plain silly.

Location and breakfast. We had a large grassy area, a short walk from our door, to play ball with our fur-baby. Breakfast was simple, but visiting with other guests in the dining area was nice.

I didn't appreciate the owners attitude toward my fur-baby. They advertise "pet friendly," but I felt that they would prefer you not to bring a pet.

Best beds in Branson for people on a budget. Personal opinion of course, everyone likes something different. The wife and I both wake up refreshed after sleeping in these beds. Stiff enough but soft enough. We're making lots of trips to Branson now with a son in college down the road and we've stayed in a few different budget friendly motels and we like this one the best. Great shower for my disabled wife with well laid out assist bars and lots of hot water. And the breakfast is worth eating. Actually pretty good food here. The room is clean, bathroom is clean, love the mini coffee pots that make more then one cup at a time. We will be using this motel on a regular basis now for our trips here.

Very little to complain about. The designated smoking areas are across the parking lot. Not so weather friendly but not really an issue for most people.

The room was up to date and mostly clean Although I felt like a lot of people were in my face and not a lot of privacy, I had a stranger sit down with me and wanna eat breakfast, and I felt like the owners are all up in your business but the rooms are nice and cozy and clean it up today they do have a breakfast that is not too bad basic but better than some other cheaper hotels

I think that it feels very invasive. I feel like the owners watch every step you do.

We had the room with the hottub. Spacious room on second floor. Plenty of parking space. Nice soft bed and clean room. Several extras on site like laundry machines. Breakfast was ok for a super 8. Friendly staff and not to far from the strip. Would come here again!

There’s not always someone at the desk, but they do leave a phone number on the door. Did not bother me.

The location was great. Not to far from anything. The owners were very nice. So much that we asked if he ever slept because we always saw him there. The breakfast was good. Biscuits, gravy, sausage links, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, and little cinnamon rolls. Something for everyone. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

Honestly, no complaints.
