Villa Anna Maria is in a perfect location in Agia Paraskevi with amazing views. There is a great selection of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walk too. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with towels and bedding changed regularly. Menna is the perfect host and welcomed us with a cold drink and lots of information about the island. Beach umbrellas were provided on request as were additional pillows. The air con and floor fans in the bedrooms were provided at no extra cost and the kitchenette was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, cups and cutlery. The shower pressure was great and there was always hot water. The perfect stay and we will definitely return. Thank you Menna x

The property is located up a hill and the walk up the driveway takes about 2-3 minutes and is approximately 80metres long. It is quite steep and it does make you breathless but it would certainly not deter me from going back to Villa Anna Maria.

The accommodation was fantastic. Reasonable rates too. Shampoo/shower gel, loo roll, soap, mossie repellant plug in and even washing up liquid were there. The cleaning girl came every day to empty bins. Clean towels and bedding changed numerous times. The owner Anna Maria, and host were always around for any information. The beaches were fabulous and dozens of lovely tavernas with very reasonable prices. All though all these are very close, I would honestly say a car would be a bonus to help with the incline to the apartment although only a 5 minute hike up. Well worth it though for the sea views. The bus system is cheap for getting around for only a few euros. We will definitely return

As a mid seventies, age related fit couple, we were challenged by the slope and stairs up and down in the heat. A car would be a bonus but not essential.

The villa owner and the villa manager were so lovely and helpful. They welcomed us to the property and made sure we had everything we needed. They gave us tips for the island and even arranged for transportation to the airport. Before we arrived, they even proposed to go grocery shopping for us - so caring. Friendliest welcome! The location is great, only 3min walking to the beach, and there is plenty of space for parking. Alternatively, if you use the public transportation system of the island, the nearest bus stop is also a short 3-5min walking. The view from the room was phenomenal, waking up to the sea view from the balcony was such a great experience. The apartment was very clean and the AC was also great. Finally, we were recommended the restaurant down the street, Jimmy's, and it turned out to be a great dinner experience. The traditional Greek food and staff there are great.

At night we could hear the neighbors well and clear, which was not great. The sound isolation of the apartment was not the best.

Property owners Anna Maria and Vasilis ! After reading all the positive reviews about them, we decided to book a room here. All positive comments are true, nothing less. The location is very good, walking distance of the sea. They made recommendations based on the weather every day. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable holiday. We felt like we were staying at our grandmother's summer house. It was pleasure to meet and know them. We will never ever forget them. Such a humble and warm hearted couple. We will visit again for sure, we missed them already.

The hostess Menna was incredibly kind and helpful, very attentive to every question and made us feel at home. We are two sisters and got upgraded to an apartment so each could have her own room which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were very clean and the balcony offered a relaxing place for breakfast with beautiful views. The location is excellent - away from the crowded town and within a short drive's reach to everywhere in the island.

The beds were quite hard which is a problem if you are not young... The kitchenette was nice, although small, but could use some extra basics added to it, such as a cutting knife and a salad bowl.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The accommodation is very well maintained, good sized with a well equipped kitchen and good firm beds.it It was kept scrupulously clean by Anna and we had clean sheets and towels at least every 3 days. It was perfect sitting on the patio overlooking the lovely Mediterranean garden with a pretty view to the sea. You could either enjoy the sun or take advantage of the shade from the pine trees.. Anna Maria and Vassily the owners gave us a really warm, hospitable welcome and spent time with us explaining the local area also offering to collect us from the main road whenever we had heavier shopping. They were excellent hosts and did absolutely everything necessary for us to thoroughly enjoy our 8 day stay. Agia Paraskevi beach is a short walk down the hill and there are several mini markets on the main road and a great choice of good quality, value for money tavernas and restaurants . We particularly liked Avli and Kohyli. Bus stop 16 is the most convenient for buses into town and to access different beaches. The surrounding area is very attractive and peaceful. We highly recommend a holiday here.

Property and grounds are kept so clean. View from the balcony / terrace is stunning and you can enjoy it in peace and quiet. Room plenty large enough for family with 1 child and it is cleaned each day. Owners and Menna who helps out are so lovely, helpful and kind.

Without a car and with a child the journey up the steep driveway / road is challenging in the heat of the day.

Beautiful and calm surrounding, clean and well-equipped apartments. Menna and Vasilis are the most kind and friendly host I’ve ever met, our stay couldn’t be more perfect. The location is also superb, great restaurants in the nearby, the bus stop is also there (you can reach Skiathos city in cca 10-15 minutes), and a fantastic beach is just 5 minutes by foot. Our apartment was spacious, had an amazing view, comfy beds, cool AC and all the necessary equipments. Great value for money, absolutely recommended.

The hospitality at Villa Anna Maria is exceptional. Anna Maria is so friendly and helpful. We were there during Storm Daniel and she made sure that we were comfortable and had food to eat while we were confined to our apartment. We are very grateful for her kindness. The apartments are on a hill, with a view of the sea, the beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Our room, no. 3, was spacious and well equipped with a good size balcony.

If there is one small improvement which could be made, it would be softer, more comfortable mattresses. This may be just personal preference.

In this accomodation I really felt at home! Anna Maria and his husband the best host ever: very welcoming. lovely and always helpful! The apartment was well equipped, cleaned every day, and from the terrace we had a fantastic sea view! The Villa has a private car parking and is very close to bus stop n. 16. Just in front there is the beach and nearby two supermarkets and a lot of nice restaurants. Highly recommend!
