Exceptional Stay – Stylish, Central, and Perfect for Families We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rosetti One. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—beautifully decorated with high-end furniture, top-quality bedding, and a warm, modern atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and new. The location is unbeatable: right in the heart of the Old Town, just next to Ovidiu Square and only a short 5-minute walk to the Casino and seafront. We loved being able to step outside and have cafes, restaurants, and cultural spots right at our doorstep. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet at night—ideal for families with kids. Speaking of kids, this place was perfect ! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with enough room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meal prep easy, and the secure building gave us peace of mind. Our children had a great time, and we as parents truly appreciated the comfort and convenience. The host team was amazing—very professional, friendly, and always available if we had any questions or needed help. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in Constanța. Would definitely book again!

Free parking (has height limit 1.90m), location, very good cleaning, everything new, a lot of house itemes included (we found everything, that anywhere else we dind't see), spacious apartment and good layout of the rooms, very good comunnication.

Road around rossetti have a lot of potholes due to pavement (responsabilities of the townhall, but in the future maybe they will fix them); At our apartment we had a high kitchen table - we prefer basic small one, but we managed tot use it.

The building is new or newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. The apartment was simply “beautiful” ,very spacious, impeccably clean, fully equipped and seemed to have the touch of an interior designer in every corner. Everything in the apartment is of high quality. We found everything we needed in it and more, for our 8 nights stay. The room was cleaned once, during this time. The bed in the bedroom and the couch in the living-room were very comfortable. The location is also great, right in the old city of Constanta with great choices of bars, restaurants and museums, 5 mins walk to the Tomis harbour and 15 mins walk to the NeverSea Beach, which we enjoyed very much. A non-stop food store and a “shop to go” store (7:00 am - 10:00 pm) are very close by. (5 min walk). The communication with the hotel’s reception was done through Whatsup, by chat, or by phone directly. All our questions were answered promptly, professionally and with great and useful details and recommendations.

Wish we would have stayed longer. 😁

Excellent apartaments, luxury amenities, all new and includes everything you could think of.

We got Brick court apart (level -1, the one with the small garden), which is right next to some staff area. Mind we travelled with small child who sleeps at noon: noise throughout the day (during cleaning hours the staff door would open and close with a bang tens of times), you can hear every time somebody flushes the toilet in other apart upstairs, a bit smelly drains. Not much to complain.

Property was conveniently located near beaches and lunch/ dinner options. Property was very clean and updated.

Slight parking related issue with allocated spot taken by another party on several days during our stay. Spots are very tight to navigate but nothing that ruins the stay.

This place was amazing and beautifully designed. The check in process was easy. The owner/host was very nice and accommodating--She was ready and willing to answer questions that we had at any time. The apartment was so nice, and so comfortable. The layout and the design was amazing and comfortable. We ended up staying an extra day because it was so nice. The owner/host thinks of everything that you may need and has those items in case you may need to use them. The place is close to the beach, the old town, the downtown. The location is perfect. If you have the opportunity the is an amazing place to stay.

Great attention to details when renovating this beautiful house, central location, friendly and helpful staff, and a lot of amenities perfect when travelling with small children.

A bit noisy during the day because of the works at the building in front, however it is rather minor compared to everything else.

Very well equipped, very clean, excellent customer service, EV charging, nice decor.

The only thing that was missing was a microwave oven, but I heard later that we could have asked for it. The beds were quite hard. To be fair I did not mention this after the first night and I heard later they might have been able to bring an extra mattress.

The architecture of the house is extraordinary and the interior design is modern and very nice.

The Wifi did not cover all rooms. They need to mount repeaters. This is especially important because the mobile signal was very weak and you may be totally disconnected in some areas. There were some issues with the fans that are providing fresh air in one of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms.

Excelent location, very modern and with all the utilities apartment, roomy and clean. The check in and out was a breeze, the management staff were outstanding and the price was very very decent. Also the parking provided in that area was so helpful. We are actually thinking to stay a whole month next time in Constanta.
